I got a flyer in the mail about this new bagel shop and went in after seeing the great reviews. I normally make my own bagels because they taste better than anything I can get here locally. That's not true anymore.... They were quite busy with the hurricane looming, but service was still the best I've received in Clermont. The prices are also a great value... I got my bagels and went home and that's when the Carnage began..... The size of these bagels is better than any other shop in Clermont and a great size. The owner obviously knows his business because the toppings and flavors were perfect. There's nothing I hate more than ordering a asiago bagel and not getting any cheese on it, but this place covers the bagels in the toppings you want! The asiago everything bagel paired with a scrambled egg and sausage is a slice of heaven. I did not ask for schmear however I was given two to try, in the chocolate chip or cinnamon schmear is so good I will never use Philadelphia cream cheese again. The bagels come out warm and they have a nice crisp on the outside, with a chewy texture on the inside... It's nice to have a business like this in Clermont and I hope they don't change anything because they have now earned a loyal customer. Great job and looking forward to returning.

I love a soft bagel, but hubby does not and they do not toast the bagels. They don’t even have a toaster. The bagel was good for me, but hubby thought they were chewy. We are not in NY, and these are not NY bagels. Thus, you need to toast bagels. My iced coffee, was more so flavored creamer. See pic. Where’s the coffee? I thought the option to have lox, tomato, cukes, onion and capers in a container was pretty cool, and for $11 was a great price. Except when I asked for a fork. They don’t have forks, and when I asked and then confirmed she heard me asking for a fork she (actually both of the girls up front) gave me a funny look. Like why would I need a fork for bagels? But it was for the lox they offer. FISH! So I ate the fish with my fingers. Ate. Fish. With. My. Fingers. Wth? Two staple cream cheese flavors are lox and olive. They don’t have either. They do have some unique flavors, but not to have regular staples to choose from is odd.

So I'm on the fence about this place. I didn't have a bad experience. The staff was great and service was great. The lobby was kept clean as well. But unfortunately the Bagels were bit of a disappointment to me. They were cold and chewy. I don't feel comfortable with the bagels sitting out in the metal rack without some sort of small covering. Especially with the staff having to "monkey" around it to get around each other in a small area. I learned toasting the Bagel here wasn't an option before going in so I assumed it was kept in a bread warmer to keep the bagels warm but I guess not. The coffee was decent. But the only thing I truly loved was actually the Bagel spreads!! Those are all made from scratch in house!! They have so many unique flavors as well!! I tried the Cannoli and the Banana pudding! DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS!!! That's the only reason I'm resting a 4 instead of a 5.

I couldn’t wait for Jeff’s Bagel Run in Clermont to open! I had never had it before but was really excited to have something other than donuts. Let me just say, exceeded my bagel expectations!! The staff is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They’ll tell you their favorites and make recommendations for you too. Brian recommended the cheddar jalapeño with the jalapeño spread! If you like a little spice GET IT! OMG so balanced and probably my new favorite savory combo!!! I have also had the cinnamon sugar with brown sugar cinnamon spread, asiago & asiago everything with chive and onion spread, salt with banana pudding spread (salty and sweet mmmm). We’ve also tried the following bagels and spreads: plain bagels, blueberry, cinnamon raisin, cinnamon and honey whipped butter, garlic and herb whipped butter, cannoli spread, cake batter spread and veggie spread. The banana bread latte hot, the cinnamon vanilla latte hot, both very good! Go with the large, only a $1 more. This is a bakery ONLY so they can slice your bagel and put your spread on the side but not together, just FYI. This just makes it more convenient for you to use as little or as much spread as YOU like. They are open from 7:00am-2:00pm “don’t sleep in”, don’t walk but RUN to try Jeff’s Bagel Run. You WON’T be disappointed. Sorry there’s no photos nothing last long...

So I had these bagels before since they started business, and always so good, favorite one Jalapeño Cheddar 100% recommended. However, I went to this location, and the customer service didn't pass. Atmosphere loved it, food zero complains. I went around 9:30am and there was nobody behind me, no lines, so I was cool let me try something different. No one greeted me, I asked which one they recommended it, actually to the cashier, never got an answer, seemed like he was distracted, He was pretty much rushing me, one I was the only one in the line, there were customers inside just eating. He asked if I wanted a receipt. Well, you don't ask that, you simple handle it unless the customer states they don't want it, I said yes, he never gave it to me. Two ther customers arrived, and when I was about to ask again for the receipt, he just started taking their orders again in a rush. So I left without it, no biggie. It's disappointing that happened. What if I was a brand new customer? Technically, I was in that place, but someone that had never been there. This place is very popular on social media. That's the only reason why I didn't give them 5 starts, the customer service. And it is sad because the owner is a very nice person,...
