Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Minnetonka

Ordered three drinks and a breakfast sandwich in drive-thru. Received the sandwich fairly quickly after paying then waited about 4-6 additional minutes for the drinks whilst the drive thru line began to back up from the wait. All the employees seemed to have disappeared from the window and could be seen either in the front and in back. Finally, after that long of a wait an employee comes to the window. I thought she’d have my drinks in hand, but no she did not - she came up to the window to collect payment for the next order. I told I was still waiting for my three drinks. She then grabbed all three from the counter top just in the other side of a machine I assume. All my drinks were ready and just sitting there that whole time waiting for someone to give them to me. I ordered a blended turtle mocha cooler as one of those drinks. You couldn’t even tell it was a blended drink it had either thawed that much by the time my drink was made and the 1 minute I drove down the block to my destination or it was made very poorly and on top of that the warm drink I ordered had a cracked lid right near the mouth piece so you couldn’t drink it without it spilling out of the crack. I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine. I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs. Please give them some major recognition because this Caribou should be setting the standard...

I go to Caribou on Plymouth road in Minnetonka at least 3 to 4 times a week sometimes more depending on what promotions they have I would not go anywhere else than Caribou on Plymouth Road in Minnetonka location they have a much bigger selection than dunn bros and Starbucks at less price for more quantity and quality staff is always friendly to me and most of them know my drink by heart I only have to say the size but my usual drink is Medium Espresso cooler with candy mints blended in less ice like it runny Faith and Lexi are the best that work there they are always friendly and helpful to me every...
