5/5! I have to share this story of AMAZING service by Noodles&Company's team on 3/23/22. My husband and I ordered Noodles delivery through the Noodles&Co app. When I received notification that our DoorDash driver (Matthew M) was approaching (and my husband saw the car outside), I got another notification saying our order was cancelled. The driver drove away without delivering the order. We called the store and talked to the very kind manager (Matt) who was just as confused as I was. He apologized for the inconvenience and provided a refund. We agreed to have me place the order again and he assured me he'd help make it right. I placed the same order through the app and an hour later... the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. I received notification received that DoorDasher was approaching with our order (didn't see a car this time) and boom, order cancelled. I called the restaurant back and was disheartened to learn that whoever stole our order got away with all of the extra goodies (cookies, rice crispies and free entree certificates) that the manager put in the bag. He shared with me that when the Dasher arrived and showed him my order information (scary) and he confirmed, he explained the situation of me not receiving the first order and emphasized the importance of having this one make it to me. This person assured him it would be delivered and left with the food. About 2 minutes later, ANOTHER dasher came to the store asking to pick up my order. And interestingly, it was this Dasher who's name (Abdi) was on my order information to pick up... 🤔, making it clear that someone was intervening to take advantage of the situation. At this point, my husband and I are very hungry and we all (Noodles&CO team included) are feeling quite disheartened that someone(s) would do this. The manager apologized (for a situation that was not his fault) and said he'd be mailing some free meals our way. We then contacted DoorDash, who saw the same inconsistencies on their end. Dasher #3 (who's name was on my 2nd order) contacted DoorDash to let them know of the situation and had them remake the order! (Thank you, good person!). The DoorDash customer service rep called the Noodles&CO restaurant manager and together, they worked to assign a specific dasher (Jason D) to deliver our order and what we received was the most PERFECTLY prepared dish we've ever had from Noodles&CO. Our order arrived piping hot and delicious. Dasher#4 had great communication to let us know when he arrived to the restaurant, when he was on his way, and was kind and friendly to me. They included tons of extra goodies and free meals for us. I can't say enough about how this situation was handled by Noodles&Co team (Matt, Brayden, Zach, Shemus, and Mike), the DoorDash Customer Service Representative and Dashers #3 (Abdi) and #4 (Jason D).

Read moreWent here at dinner time at 6pm and ordered food like normal! Then after waiting for about 20 min our food comes to us! We open it up and the Pad tai had more sauce then noodles in it. When we asked for it to be remade they didn’t care! They asked us what we didn’t like about it and told us that it was made correctly. We have both had pad Thai from noodles many times and knew of course that the Pad tai was done incorrectly, but the cook was telling us we were wrong about it and that’s what it always looks like. The young girl in front was defending him and treating us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. I myself used to be a head chef, I knew if something was wrong don’t fight it, just remake it. I do understand that it’s late and they are tired! But trust and customer service is huge in these businesses! We want to always come here and enjoy our food but if this is the service we receive it’s not...
Read moreEvery available table was left with dirty dishes. One table was cleared by the time we got our drinks but never wiped. We placed napkins all over the table to cover the mess. Our small size (Not Kids Meal) Mac n Cheese was smaller than a Kids meal and the melted cheese on top was so cold it was hard. The side of broccoli included two small florets and was way undercooked (we weren't expecting soggy, we understand how steamed veggies should be served). Our Mediterranean Sandwich had three chunks of chicken (this was not the veggies version). Cost of these two meals was over $18. I am happy to pay if the quality and service are good and the portions are consistent with other stores in the chain. We looked around for someone who appeared to be in charge but, in the end, just left rather than wait for someone to acknowledge us standing at the counter waiting to speak to an employee....
