Crumbl — Restaurant in Minnetonka

Crumbl is crumbl. We all know what we are getting into when we go, big cookies that rotate weekly, and they can be hit or miss. What sets this location apart from the others is the employee I've encountered every time I have stopped at this location. I only make the drive here when I really feel like I need to try to test the cookie, so it's rather seldom I do so, but every time I have the same man has been working. He is amazing. He always looks to be working alone, but he is a beast! He keeps up on orders and does it with a friendly demeanor and checks all of the obligatory company standards like eye contact and showing you the cookies. He deserves a raise because he is an absolute champion, and I already know he is underpaid for the quality of work he puts out. I go to crumbl weekly and out of all the locations I've been too which is most in the metro he is the overall best employee I have seen. Give this man the recognition...

Forget ever going to the Ridgedale location- I live right next to it too. I’ll drive to this location out of my way. Awesome customer service, very friendly staff. The 3x I went to Ridgedale, it was terrible service. Today (a Friday) I ordered cookies from Ridgedale at 6pm for the last time- the doors were locked when I came to pick up my order with a dirty hand written note they were closing early. I had already paid. I knocked on the door and the worker told me I could come back in the morning for my cookies or get a refund in 3-4 days. Multiple customers showed up for their paid orders in the same situation as me. You can still order on the app but the location is closed for the night. The place smells heavenly. Huge cookies! My work always bought Crumbl cookies for us (though I could never eat them- see below) and I finally went here with my 4-year-old daughter after swim lessons one night. I was glad you could order just one cookie. She loved it!

My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is there are absolutely no options for those of us who are gluten-free. This is a huge bummer. I understand there is a risk of cross-contamination because of all of the flour, but many other bakeries (like Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe in Hopkins) manage to have a separate “gluten-free” area and offer gluten-free treats. I will never know what a Crumbl cookie...
