The manager there named Faisal was absolutely awful, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had to stop here because I had to go to Minooka on my way out this morning and boy will I never do that again! He accused me of lying and said the only reason why I called to complain about my morning coffee and flatbread was to get something free. It was such an insult to say that to a paying customer. All I wanted was to have my opinion heard and MAYBE something be corrected for future. Funny thing was that he was the one who offered the refund since I couldn't turned around to come back in to have it corrected instead. However this man took a simple situation and went extremely out of hand by saying horrible things to a customer. I don't know about you guys, but I surely do not want to give my money to a franchisee manager who is going to be rude like that and have an outrageous temper for no reason. The quality in product should not change from one Dunkin Donuts to another, also managers should give a damn if they have unhappy customers and not try to turn it on them. Don't blame other locations saying they are giving special treatment because there is no way that they are. Just own up to your locations mistakes, learn from it, grow from it, and move on. Read moreThis was my home dunkin for a year, and it was too hit or miss. I had to give myself an extra 15-20 minutes if I wanted to place an order here bc if there’s more then 1 person in the line you’re stuck and running late for work. There’s a couple employees who are super great and my drinks were never messed up, but I’ve spent more money here then anywhere else on food that I ordered but didn’t receive, because any time I would’ve had to get what I’m missing is spent waiting for the order itself. You’d think only ordering ahead would spare me from this but most of the time it seems like they don’t start your order until you get to the window. Which is fair, I like fresh food and drink, but why am I ordering ahead to wait just as long as if I ordered in the drive through? Other Dunkin’s will have my order ready right when I get there and it made me start frequenting the dunkin closer to work instead bc they don’t have any of these issues. Read moreWhat happened to my Dunkin??!! It was always the better one in town and was amazing the past year or two. My favorite blonde worker, I never got her name but I believe she had a Russian accent was THE BEST!! Everything was always great and people were pleasant and friendly. There has to be new owners/managers etc. Yesterday after ordering ahead in the app we couldn't even get our coffee and food!! The drive through was packed and not moving until people left the line and they wouldn't let us come in to pick it up, doors were locked!!! Thinking this was a fluke, people called in, didn't show and maybe they were getting used to running the store. Those things do not excuse workers not being nice and friendly though which they are not now. My husband went to get me an iced coffee the next morning. They literally put ice all the way to the top of the cup! It was awful and I only had a few sips of coffee out of it. Just ridiculous to run a business like this! I guess it's time to find...
