McDonald's — Restaurant in Minooka

This McDonald's is by far the worst one ive ever been too in Minooka, Illinois. "Grundy County. The manager has no people skills and is very rude. When you deal with the public, that is a skill that is required for your business to grow. Being a manager requires you resolve the problem in a graceful manner, not practically throw your food at you and tell you don't come back. I will tell as many people that I know about this incident and request that they boycott this establishment. The only reason they get one star is the employee taking the orders was very polite and respectful. When you have one bad apple in the tree it will ruin the rest. Keep this in mind. I have spoken to 6 other people on this incident that happened and they told me they refuse to go back. So your manager "Kathy " seems to be the bad apple. If youre a doordasher, stay FAR away from here. As someone who used to manage a fast food business for almost 3 years, I would never treat a delivery driver any differently than any other customer. I went to the cashier who was an older woman who i greeted and told her I had a doordash to which she immediately pointed to a counter and said “doordash pickup is over there.” and immediately then asked the next customer “can i help you?”. Shocked I was so quickly dismissed, I went over to the counter, to which I was promptly ignored and walked past until a middle aged man yelled out an order for someone else and then asked me “doordash?” to which i replied “yes uh-“ until i was cut off from him for he started speaking to the customer of the order he yelled out and then walked away. when he came back he then asked again, “doordash?” to which i was finally able to tell them the order. when i finally got the order they just put it on the table and walked away. Absolutely horrendous...

Good decent food, not great service, and less than a stellar atmosphere.

Food - Food is as decent as it can get. They usually have everything on the menu when I ask. I have no problems with the quality of food here.

Service - Service can be on the terrible side here. McDonald's is the one resteraunt I have had the most issues with getting the wrong food and long waits. It never seems to get better over time, either. This is the biggest area they need to work on. I would say they screw up or have you waiting 1 out of every 3 visits. Their mobile orders seem to make things a bit better.

Atmosphere - Atmosphere is not good. The parking lot is cramped. Potholes since last winter only getting worse. Way to many people to find it enjoyable. They do have a play place for the kids, though.
