Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Minot

Man this place is awesome I've never been to a Popeyes before but let me tell you the service the cleanliness and the affordability of the menu deals that I got at this location just want a customer for life when I recently visited this Minot location. Firstly I walked in like 5 minutes before they were closing and I honestly thought they would give me the regular we're sorry we're closed because we're short staffed deal but they welcomed me with smiles on their faces right on!!! The first green flag was that I saw the manager practically deep cleaning the floors and everything in the place was practically spotless I'm talking about hospital grade clean!!! When I ordered my three piece combo the lady who took my order actually quoted me a time for it to be ready because they were going to make it fresh I mean come on how much more professional can you get than that LOL. It was 13 minutes from dropping the chicken to being on my plate and it actually took 11. The meal was delicious and they actually directed me to where all the condiments were without even me asking..... By the way Popeyes Cajun spice is gourmet level delicious. Even though this place is what you would consider fast food I was surprised that the manager I think his name was Alex actually stopped by my booth and ask me how the meal was cooked and if I was enjoying it that is professional grade hospitality and service if you ask me..... I didn't even have to discard my dinner cutlery one of the workers asked me if they can discard my plate as they saw me get up and leave and they text me for stopping by before I left did I mention all of this cost me less than $10 which is insane considering how fast food is not impervious to inflation in this economy either I'm definitely hitting up this Popeyes every time I have the munchies for southern style Chicken dinner they're A grade for sure.. for quality product service...

Popeyes is my husband and I favorite fastfood. Living in the midwest, we haven't lived in the same city as a Popeyes for over 10 years. However, we will plan road trips around where we can find Popeyes and we do a fair amount of traveling so we have been to Popeyes all of the USA - from Seattle, WA to Boston, MA. This location in Minot is the best we have ever been to. The restaurant is clean, the employees are very courteous and respectful. This location also has the BEST Popeyes biscuits we have had in a very long time. The are fresh and fall apart buttery Biscuits. They are very soft and fluffy in the middle. We also bring home a extra half dozen as we live two hours away from this location. We tried the strawberry biscuit for the first time today. It was heavenly. I highly recommend the strawberry Biscuit. Minot is blessed to have such a great Popeyes. I hope that one day we will see one in Williston, ND. We are thankful this Popeyes is at least a reasonable distance from us that we can still get Popeyes now anytime we come to Minot.

Update: 12/10/2024 Still love this location and their biscuits are still the best! They didn't have strawberry cream biscuits on the menu but we still enjoyed the chocolate chip biscuit! My kids can't get enough of the...

Went in little over an hour before close. Tried to go through drive through nobody answered for awhile so I went inside. (They were playing loud music) we ordered our food and sat down to wait. Then was told they were out of mostly everything we got so we had to substitute. They even mentioned they did have bone in wings that we ordered but there manager was saving them for get “mans” so glad to know her bf was more important then us! Then we finally got our food which was boneless. Got in the car to eat and they gave me the wrong sauce went back in to get the sauce and was told it was because they were out. And gave me a sauce that was “basically the same” and after all that the chicken was nasty and EXTREMELY DRY. And tough like eating rubber. Like they gave us the last that had been sitting all day. And the mashed potatoes tasted like water clearly not real mashed potatoes even the sauce they gave me was nasty. I didn’t eat anything after my first bite and ended up going to McDonald’s feeling like I wasted my money.
