Arby's in Minot is terrible they do not strive to make it right for every customer as promised and if you do go in there and you don't like their bad rude service them swearing at you and throwing your things then they will contact your employer and have you fired problem solved now you can't afford to eat at Arby's it's so upsetting and I have tried a few times to get ahold of anyone in charge of the store for the past 2 weeks have been told someone would call but so far I've made three phone calls and received none because of this you have lost six customers I will never visit any Arby's anywhere and I will tell everyone I know and everyone I meet how Arby's handles bad service by being terrible people and contacting your separate employer to get you fired so upset this really hurts this time of year we really could have used the money the only money coming into the house for a family of 6 how could Arby's do this and then not even...

Last 3 times I've gone (they changed the 2 for $6 classic roast beefs to 2 for $7 cheddar roast beefs) its been badd. Sandwiches had 2 slices of beef...for "having the meats" the meat was barely visible...85% bun, 10% cheese, 5% beef. Another time the beef tasted overcooked/reheated and the bun was burnt. Then I went again and got a half pound roast beef...it smelled weird and tasted pretty funky...like it was either spoiled before it was cooked or it was a couple days old. I went back 6 hours later and they replaced it...same funky smell except this time it was soaked in grease. The bun was drenched. The grease went through the wrapper, the cardboard box, and the bag.
