🍀 Ebeneezers Irish Pub & Restaurant – Minot, ND 🍀 Ordered the Easy Order: 🥚 Two eggs — cooked perfectly 🥓 Ham — cooked amazingly 🥔 Hash browns — asked for extra crispy and they nailed it 🥞 Upgraded toast to the big pancake and it was 100% worth it. The butter + syrup combo was perfect. Walked in and was greeted immediately, drink order taken right away. ☕ Coffee tasted great 🇮🇪 Full Irish theme throughout the restaurant — tons to look at on the walls and behind the bar Food ✔️ Service ✔️ Atmosphere ✔️ Everything about this place was spot on. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re in Minot, go check them out 🍀🔥 #northdakota #foodreview #fyp #travel #food

“Great Irish pub with personality, value, and a few rough edges that somehow make it better.” Ebeneezers feels like the kind of place that grows on you fast. The menu’s got range—I went with the cordon bleu nuggets. Nothing fancy; pretty sure they’re frozen and tossed in the fryer, but they hit the spot. Not five-star food, but definitely solid bar grub. The atmosphere? Classic Irish pub. Dim lighting, wood everything, friendly noise, and a buzz in the air that makes it easy to stick around. My only gripe? They could use bigger TVs for old folks like me who don’t want to squint at a ballgame between beers. Speaking of beers—let’s talk savings. A single bottle of Coors Light will run you $4.50. A pitcher? Just $10. That’s 60 ounces of cold, domestic brilliance for less than the price of 3 bottles. Math says you save more than $12 a round going with the pitcher. Hell yeah that’s a win. Service started out a little slow—left my empty bottle out as a hint, but the bartender didn’t bite. To be fair, he was clearly busy with other customers, and I may have jumped the gun a bit. A second server stepped up quickly, and by beer #3, the bartender was fully in sync and had me topped off without a word. They also changed the TV to the game I wanted right away—little things like that count. Bonus points for local flair: Minot’s own Chloe Raye (formerly Chloe Marie) plays here often. She’s a rising star with a Nashville following, and that kind of talent showing up at your neighborhood bar? That’s the good stuff. Only real downer? Some jackass tried the old “I’m just stepping out for a smoke” move and ditched his tab. Not the bar’s fault, and they handled it professionally without skipping a beat. Bottom line: Ebeneezers is the kind of pub you root for. Great deals, good music, better vibes. Tighten the service just a notch and this place is a no-brainer five-star. As it stands? I’ll be back for round four soon enough.

I like this place, but the hours posted are not correct.

My girlfriend and I are not from this town. We are from San Francisco and staying at a hotel as we are passing through. Each town we go to has very different liquor laws, so I have to go online and research quite a bit as we travel.

The bartendress here at Ebeneezer's (incorrectly) said they don't serve alcohol before noon on Sundays.

Wrong.

Per state law that was changed 2.5 years ago, they can serve beginning at 11am on Sundays. And they do. I was drinking a beer there at 11am yesterday.

There is no legal thing about noon on any day in North Dakota anymore.

My girlfriend and I went there again (at night this time) and got there around 12:15am and this bartendress served me, my girlfriend, and these other two guys drinks until 12:30 am and then tossed bar tabs at us all.

When I asked if I could get one more before closing out with her, she just shook her head "No." And I wasn't even drunk. My girlfriend and I had just gotten there, and not from any other bar, either. Just from our hotel!

Apparently the bartendress thought the place started serving at noon and stopped at 12:30am.

If you guys will NOT serve drinks at 12:30 am to sober customers, then change your posted hours so that tourists like us will not pay 20 bucks to get there and back and waste their time just for ONE DRINK!! Cheese Louise..

Anyway, the four of us patrons left (kicked out by a twenty-something kid), went out to the sidewalk and were all asking each other "what just happened there?"

Still, their food is decent, and they have good live music. Seems to be a very popular place. If I lived here I'd probably go here...

You're hungry. You're thirsty. You need to socialize. You have no idea where to go, so you go for a walk. You find yourself smelling food, and you follow it. Soon, you start to hear Irish music. It's catchy and welcoming, almost like it's calling to you. You keep walking and find yourself at the corner of an older building, not flashy, not overdone, just perfect. Walking in, you're immediately greeted with amazing aromas, smiles, and a feeling of belonging. Sitting down, you see a menu, and the names of the foods are different, but delicious sounding. The waitress comes to you, asking what you would like to drink. "I've never been here before, miss." She smiles warmly. "A beer is always a good choice" she says. She leaves your table after smiling once again, and quickly returns with the biggest, coldest, tastiest looking beer you've ever seen. When she asks you what you would like to eat, you realize you've not looked at the menu, but as you look down, your eyes are drawn to the Fat Frog... It's glorious, and you must eat it! The waitress tells you she loves the Fat Frog, and that her favorite side is Irish Fries with 'Benniez sauce. She smiles once again as you agree, and leaves the table. Looking around, you see Irish decorations, and with the music, you feel like this place is home, or even heaven. After a short while, the waitress brings out your food, and you nearly die with delight as you devour this divine culinary creation. You think to yourself "I'm never leaving this place." And all is right...
