Edit to reply to owners comment Deb, Thank you for the reply however when I called and spoke with you I told you I needed a 34 waist and 36 inseam. She had me go with the 36 waist because your pant sizes are smaller than jeans. I understand your store policy which is why I was impressed when she told me that due to the circumstances she would make an exception for a return if we couldn't make them work because you didn't have a long in the store and the event they were needed for was 2 days away.
I called to see if they had a pair of black dress pants with a 36" inseam and was assured by the sales lady that their pants all come unhemmed so I could have them customized. When I went into the store I explained that I needed them for an event that weekend and she sold me a pair of pants and told me that normally they didn't allow returns but because I was purchasing them for someone who lived out of town that I could return them if they weren't able to get them hemmed as they didn't have a pair in the long length just the regular. She knew I needed a 36" inseam, and also KNEW that the $100 pair of pants that she sold me were only 36" long; with means it was impossible to put a proper hem in the pants for a 36" inseam. So when I went to return the pants as discussed I was told oh no we only exchange. When I asked exactly how she planned to exchange them after the event I needed them for (which was explained b4 purchase also) and for an item they didn't have one in stock to exchange.    Read moreI (we) am so disappointed with our experience at FiancĂ©e this past Saturday Sept 20th 2025. My sister PAID $25 for an hour appointment (that no other store has asked for) and we came from Canada for. Oddly, the shop signage doesnât make it easy to find. Thatâs minor but noteworthy. When we arrived the door had a sign on it to pull hard cause it sticks. We pulled a couple times thinking we hadnât ate our wheaties to find out it was locked. The fellow came to the door and I felt like we annoyed him, we were so confused. The young sales lady I have to say was super sweet. My niece commented that she really liked her and that means a lot to us. That said, my sister and I would have like to see her pin and fit dresses better to my niece so that she could get a better visual to what the dress would look like, but non of that was done. We also expected,because of the appointment fee, to have some dresses pulled ready and waiting for us. The website asks to pick out dresses that you like. My sister spent a very long time going through the large inventory thinking that this would help maximize our hour âŠ. There were no dresses at all pulled . We wondered what the point of that was? Waste of our time for sure. During our appointment we were reminded that our hour was ending and I felt like we were being rushed. By the time we were leaving I was wanting out real bad. Not a good experience. Again, our young sales associate was super sweet and my nieces liked her and that matters but the over all experience for $25 was not good. I explained that I had a bridesmaid emergency and was desperately hoping they could help me out. It took all of two minutes to welcome me in, get my information and come up with a game plan. I needed a dress in time for an August wedding, and of course it was June 29th that I walked in! I was treated very well by Debbie, she made me feel so comfortable. I was trying on several beautiful dresses in no time, and was shocked that I actually had options!! (Iâm plus sized, and thought this wasnât going to go well, so feeling pretty AND comfortable in more than one dress was a great feeling). I found a style that was on my âfavoriteâ list and we were able to order in! Debbie texted me the next business day to tell me it was a successful pick, and would be in the store very quickly! Iâll actually have a dress in time, all thanks to her wonderful customer service. Iâd also like to mention I drove down 2+ hours from Canada, and would definitely do it again all because of how I was treated!! I highly recommend Fiancee!
