Read moreThis is the second time I have had this kind of experience. I feel horrible for the 2 people who were trying to make my order right. The 1 who noticed I had been there for a while tried to find my order only to find that, for some reason, it had been kicked out of the system. She took my receipt and had to ask for each item repeatedly. Even after that some of the items got taken by other people grabbing for the orders they were working on. With all of that, we ended up missing some of our items still. The second person who helped us had been doing the same thing for other customers the whole time that the first one was working on our order. He got me my drink but told me that it would probably be a very long time before he would be able to get my fries because he was told that the drive through took priority. They were going to continue to push him away from the fries until the drive through was clear. Between the app glitch and then the horrible way the system at this particular restaurant is set up these two spent the entire time I was there (1.5 hours) running from one food item to the next and apologizing for something that wasn't even in their control. It would have been one thing if the drive through was backed up, but it wasn't. No one should have to deal with customers who are being told that they can't get the food they paid for and also they can't get...
Read moreSubpar food (on McDonald's level), 0 service and terrible atmosphere.
When we pulled up to the drive through, it sounded as though the person talking to us couldn't open their mouth and was talking in another room. We just kind of said stuff until the order looked good enough on the visible screen (so grateful for those screens!). We pulled up to the person to pay - who was quite friendly and enjoyable. Then on to our 3rd interaction where we were given a cup dripping in soda (no one wants that in their car). We asked for napkins to wipe it off, but the person had already completely left the area and my husband was holding the cup outside the window with one hand and trying to wave/knock/anything to get help with his other hand. That's ridiculous - no one should be handed a cup dripping with soda. We finally got the napkins, and went to our 4th stop where eventually someone opened the window, shoved a bag through and left. No words, no waiting to be sure we're happy - nothing. I won't...
