Attempted to go on their ¢50 wing day. I understand that these days are incredibly busy but the professionalism and time management was horrible.
I don’t understand why there was one person responsible for call in orders, pick up orders, and seating. By the time she answered and placed an order, 3 more groups of people walked in, and 10 tables were open. Poor girl.
I asked another staff if there was someone else supposed to be seating and she goes “uh, our one hostess.” The attitude was unnecessary. We were told 30 minutes and ended up waiting an hour. Then, told our food would be at least another 30 minutes.
The sodas were flat. Whatever, we can drink water.
We finally placed our order only to hear them holler behind the wall the that kitchen is not taking anymore orders. The language coming from the prep area and kitchen was shocking. Not that it bothers me but it may bother those with kids... especially on kids eat free night.
Our waitress kindly informed us it’d be 15-20 min for our appetizers and unsure of how long our entrees would be. We asked her to cancel whatever hadn’t started cooking which she did.
She brought out our appetizers which was actually delicious. We got cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce. Highly recommend.
We ended up leaving after our appetizer. I do want to thank Kasiah (our waitress) who handled the rush professionally and was as timely as possible. We will be asked to be seated in her section next time.
UPDATED REVIEW:
After finally getting a chance to eat here, the food is delicious! HIGHLY recommend the pretzel bites. The service still needs work though. 5 star rating for food, 2 star rating...
Read more6th May 23: Came in during a NBA game. Not packed at all. Came to the bar, it was great. Served a Royal Tea. Not to strong. Serena was my bartender, she did great! I ordered the Loaded Steak Fries. An entree by itself! Avocado complimented the jalapeño. The wings were ok. Garlic Q liked more than the blueberry. It tasted like blueberry (Willy Wonka would be proud!) Chile Lime Street Corn...was...eh. sorry. Recently from CA so street corn is a standard.
Overall: cheap, friendly and relaxing. I'll be back.
Old review: Came in around 930pm. Was seated by Amy! She was great, fast, effective, and kind. Seems like a lot of woman work here...so...Girl power! Haha
I ordered a bit. The new dry rub of Sweet and Sour Dry rub 2021 winner. Chicken super delicious and moist and meaty. 9nly got the 5 peiece but that filled me up. Unlike there counterpart here in Minot...sorry BWW...it true. 5 piece=20 there.
Fries with Cajun dry rub- F*ing delicious. I love potatoes but these felt super fresh.
Got celery and ranch with it. Celery was fresh with a mild taste. Amy took more orders because I woke up hungry.
Salad-wasn't a favorite...but I did forget to ask for a dressing. Maybe Ceaser next time.
Broccoli- I love how mich I got!!! It was perfect florets...I would just recommended maybe a Blanche or wash throughly before steaming.
One thing to improve on- ...I shouldn't have to say this...but where the salt and pepper?! The ones typically on the table I mean...Haha

Read moreThis place is definitely under new management. It's a night and day difference. The staff is so friendly and professional. The staff is always able to accommodate groups of any size. If there is a wait, just wait, it'll be worth it.
They also have a recently revamped gaming area with a ton of games and prizes.
I am personally a huge fan of the Santa Fe Steak sandwich, the Black and Bleu, and the Thai Chili wings. Everything is always served up fresh and ripping hot. Never disappointed.
Also, the bar has a pretty good selection of beers as well as awesome bartenders to mix up what your heart desires.
The pricing is another thing. You get your money's worth for sure. Whether it's just you or the whole family.
Can't forget the TV's. They're everywhere. So you'll always catch the game or the big race!
The patio is open. I love the fire-pit tables and the huge open doors. Fresh air and fresh eats, what better combination is there?
They also have tons of specials!!!
Whatever changed about two months ago, IT'S WORKING!!! Keep it up!!! Wings and Rings is my go-to place in town. Like I said, whatever changed is working and working big time!!! I can't think of a better experience I've had at a restaurant than I've had at Wings and...
