I highly do NOT recommend you come to this Kay for your servicing needs. Communication and management are absolutely atrocious. I came here to get my wedding & engagement un-sautered and purchased a new wedding ring to be sautered to my engagment ring. The ring coming off was to be resized. I get a call a week or so later saying my ring is ready, and when I arrive I see that the ring was not removed and the new ring was not sautered on. They simply resized the newly purchased ring. At the time of order, I specifically asked the technician if he needed me to repeat what I would like done, and he stated that he did not. So now I have a new technician send out the same rings for a second time. This time when I am called about my ring I am told it came back with nothing done to it! So we requested a call from a manager before the ring was to be sent out for a third time. We received no said call so we showed up in person and was told the ring was already sent out. I was talking with one of the assistant managers who was very nice telling me he was going to handle my ring directly now and it would be in within 3-4 days because it was placed as high priority. Those days pass and I receive another call from a different person asking information on my sizing AGAIN. So the assistant manager who said he was handling my ring directly clearly just told me what I wanted to hear. It is now 2-3 days past the day I was told I would receive my ring, and I still do not have it. I am completely disgusted with this store and the service I have received up to this point. Came in here hoping for a quick, in-and-out experience. What I got instead was a full-on, personalized consultation. The staff here has no respect for a person's desire to just be left alone with their thoughts and the shiny things. They were so attentive and knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about me finding something I'd love. I'm not used to this level of customer service, and frankly, it's exhausting. These guys have been very helpful to me and my fiancee since day 1. My fiancee bought my ring and proposed on my birthday and a month later a diamond fell out of one of the halos. I got the ring back after having it replaced and the next day it fell out so it got sent back. Fell out again they gave me a whole new ring. Unfortunately one of the diamonds was smaller than all the rest so it looked black it also wasnt in the setting right as much as j loved the ring I was afraid to wear it.
