This is the most grossly unprofessional “restaurant “ I’ve ever encountered. I ordered through a delivery service and received my food from LeeAnn Chin, with a strange odor. After opening it and proceeding to eat, the food smelled like it was cooked in OLD oil and on top of that that oil was DRIPPING / GUSHING out of EVERYBITE I’d taken. The Spring Rolls were covered in this and the “fried” rice was white rice .
I called the location here and asked very politely to speak to the Manager or a Supervisor. The guy who answered in broken English states “ she can’t ... she not here ... what... what you want “ I then said “id like to speak to the person that is over your shift”. He said “ uhhhhhhh, I can’t help you , maybe you call back tomorrow and someone can help you” . I said “ so there is no one there in a higher authority that can take this call?” The guy hung up.
So a little background, I’m originally from a very well stocked and freshly provided food metropolitan city where there so many options . The issue here is that instead of trying to fix and see what the issue was politely and without lying , he chose to be a idiot .

Had some food delivered through DoorDash while we were there in Minot about two weeks ago.
The order arrived and the food was hot, which was great, but after tasting the dishes, we were sorely disappointed.
The chicken was so tough, it was hard to eat. Like it had been way overcooked. Rice tasted stale, just a funny aftertaste, like it had been made yesterday or the day before and reheated.
The only saving grace were the spring rolls, which were pretty tasty.
But, would we pay 60 dollars for a dinner for two here again? Not...

I don’t mean to be harsh but I ordered Leann chin which ended being $50 on doordash (understandable) but the food was not good, the chicken was alright, pasty, the Rangoons are a little weird but it was the noodles, they did not taste anything like they did before, just a bad flavor, texture and almost no sauce like what happened.
