Subway — Restaurant in Mint Hill

I showed up 10 minutes before close. The door was open so I walked in, they had everything out still nothing had been put away. But the guy behind the counter told me they were closed. This was very upsetting, I am a hair stylist and I had 11 clients today with no time to eat so I was really looking forward to getting some food at this location. I know I was close to closing time, but the guy was very rude to me and I don't understand why he couldn't just take 5 minutes to make my sandwich considering all the ingredients were still out. As a person whos worked in the service industry my whole life I was very disappointed. I was trained that if the door is open and someone walks in you have to serve them. And he did not, he a refused a sale because he wanted to be lazy. Definitely will not be back to this...

Not a fan of the alley you have to walk through to get there. The store looks nicer from the road than it actually is when you get inside.

Last time my dad wanted to use paper coupons but they waited until our subs had been made to tell us they didn't accept those. The subs were okay, but honestly subpar for how much they cost.

Today I walked in with a coupon because I thought maybe it had been a one time thing. I tried to call beforehand to check but no one answered.

As soon as I walked in, there was a sign that said NO PAPER COUPONS. Glad it was said upfront but super bizarre for a chain, especially one that claims they aren't doing so well. Walked right out. I'll go to one that...

I chose to come here because I know Subway is always empty and I didn't want to have to wait in line for Chick-fil-A. Why is Subway so expensive for such mediocre food? It was almost $10 for a six inch sandwich. Sheesh! It's no wonder why Subway is always empty. I'm not a fan of their new menu either. There are far better places to go.
