HOSPITALITY. Does this word ring any bell in this place ? That’s the first principle of the nature of your Business Rosalia Ownership. If a single employee can ruin the first impression of your business just with a Bad smooth and careless regarding your investment and your efforts to provide a seamless treatment to every single customer that decided ti pull that handle and sat to Order in your establishment, for those who take the time to drive 40 min to our old neighborhood and visit your restaurant just because what you showing on social media, the Reality is that we has to faced with the nonsense attitude of one of your employees, wait, even worse, before I rushed request the check and leave the place we found out She was the Manager of the Restaurant. “Dafne” as per a very concerned Jessy (definitely a great keeper for any restaurant) since she was kinda like in the middle after the 5 stars Dafne directed her to take our order after she didn’t like the fact we asked for a min to review the menu, she never came back, even though I made direct contact with her raising my hand (since she was avoiding us) didn’t even had the courtesy to approach us, she sent someone else. “EGO” the worst enemy for a Hospitality business and a very Bad habit. Restaurants businesses closes more restaurants than new ones available, I hope and for the benefit of of your investment that you may find good people for your business, which inside the 400’s universe of reviews and with just over a year open may have the time and courage to make the necessary adjustments to avoid losing customers and gaining bad recommendations to advise the Very Bad Taste in the mount we walked out your Rosalia Kitchen. And lastly, Im not even going to get into the Facts of my wife review and her own opinion that besides the bad service they didn’t have two of wines your menu advertise. Wait, is the same manager mistreating the costumers making the liquor order that cannot last the weekend ? Really! … Owner, if you need to be responding bad reviews you have to fix your site management. Period.
I cannot recommend any of the food that maybe even good, I couldn’t get there.
Kind regards,
Rafa,
After reading your reply to My Personal Experience above described I noticed that you’re in denial of FACTS. I understand you have replied to my wife’s , even though my reply has a low qualification to the restaurant if can read it I clearly stated the reasons why and the FACT I couldn’t even try the food, since the Bad attitude of your employee, which you are attempting now to change the Fact that when we walked into the restaurant it was nobody on the host booth, we walked to the Bar and Jessy told us someone would be sitting us, some other young man was the one who sat us and your supervisor “dafne” came the table and introduced herself as our server, I explained to her it was our first time in the place and asked for her recommendations, she did, then she asked us for drinks or Water we requested for one min to decide, then she never return and not even came to the table when I request her. What I can read in your response is that you are trying to justify a bad attitude from your employee now attempting to criticize the right I have to express my personal experience, I do not shadow behind anyone, now I will re affirm my Position and incur you to read again my positive comments and highlights as a business owner you should have, you are disappointing even more by excusing behavior and justifying the facts that you didn’t have the drinks my wife ordered and you don’t even had the sense of positivity to turn around the situation by just opening the Bellini bottle and makes a costumer opinion of your restaurant to a good one. + POSITIVE VIBE instead of be defending the EGO will teach you a lesson one day. Many restaurants owner fall in the same mistake, you need every customer, including husbands and wife’s opinions.
And Lastly, you are sabotaging yourself by limiting your clients to see how good you handling bad experience...
Read moreFirst of all I wanna say thank you to the amazing people that work here. We came here for my daughters 19th birthday party with a party of 6. My daughter picked out the restaurant and this is the location she picked. After reading some of the reviews, some people are so mean and full of entitlement. This is a Mediterranean and Italian fusion restaurant with that in mind I came in with an open mind that this was not going to be your typical Italian food. Now let's get into this review.
The location is a small restaurant in a shopping plaza, it has plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is small with limited seating so reservations are recommended. They have I believe two tables outside. It is more of an intimate vibe which we all loved! The decor was stunning and the bar area just looks like a winery from Italy.
The food: we started with the traditional flatbread pizza. Which was phenomenal. The cheese was soooo good!! We also ordered the crispy chicken and spaghetti in quattro formaggi (which is a four cheese sauce) which I found so creamy and oh so delicious. Idk if that's the sauce I saw someone say it's disgusting well I'm here to tell you it was not. OMG it was so good! My fiance is very picky with the amount of cheese sauce in his pasta and he approved it. So like so when we go to Olive gardens we always have to tell them to go light on the sauce. And he loved it the way it came. I ordered from the secret menu which if you don't know about it you are missing out. You can look for clues in the menu. And I had the four cheese ravioli lasagna, which comes in a small red pot. And OMG I loved my meal. I love cheese and the pot was filled with melted gooey goodness. My mom got the pollo al marala, substituting the sides for a pasta instead for an extra charge. That chicken was so good on the wine sauces it's in. Everything was beyond delicious. The kids also had similar plates to my fiance.
My mom had a wine and I got the Mimosa flight which brought 4 different flavors and I picked peach, Passion fruit, Mango and strawberry. I liked them all except the mango lol.
For dessert we had the rosalias Brownie and again another item from the secret menu which was a churro with a chocolate dip. Everything was delicious 😋.
So our grand total was 316 with the tip already included. I cannot wait to come back. Not only is it 10 minutes away from the house but it's a great place for a date night or with friends. I can't wait to come back with my girlfriends.
Again thank you everyone that was there Tuesday night and made the night so unforgettable. I can't remember our servers name but she was...
Read moreWe went to Rosalia's Kitchen in Miramar, FL. This restaurant offers an Italian-Mediterranean fusion, showcasing the lively flavors and spices from across the Mediterranean, including Spain, Morocco, Italy, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, and beyond!
It's situated in a shopping mall, with the choice of dining indoors or outdoors. I decided to make a reservation and ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had to approach someone to get acknowledged. Aside from that mishap, our server was excellent. The menu offers a good variety and the prices are reasonable.
DRINKS Giesen Estate Sauvignon Blanc for dinner.
Cremus Bisco for dessert - The most velvety martini out there! Irish cream and a Biscoff Lotus cookie had a baby, and they called it Cremus Bisco.
Foodiechews review: The wine was dry, slightly citric, crisp, light and refreshing.. The dessert cocktail was delish! Heavy on the biscoff flavor.
APPETIZER: Bolognese Arancini Rossi - These traditional Sicilian rice balls are crispy on the outside, gooey and saucy on the inside, and 100% bursting with our house-made beef bolognese sauce.
Foodiechews review: Loved the plating and it looked appetizing however it tasted pretty average. Nothing special about it. The flavor somewhat bland.
DINNER: Pan-Seared Branzino - A flaky Mediterranean fish, pan-seared with olive oil, herbs and blistered cherry tomatoes. Served with a delicate lemon sauce and Mejadra (Rice & lentils).
Foodiechews - My plate looked beautiful with all of the colors displayed. The branzino did not taste fresh and was extremely salty. The mejadra wasn't very flavorful and somewhat dry. I enjoyed the salad the most.
Pollo Al Marsala w/ Caesar Salad - Tender chicken breast sautéed in a rich Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms.
Foodiechews - So there was nothing tender about this chicken. You couldn't even cut it with a knife. It was also extremely salty. Our server took it off the bill and offered another dish to order however we politely declined.
Overall Rating: C-/D+
The best item was the delicious dessert martini. Unfortunately, this Italian-Mediterranean fusion was a...
