I ordered my things online. I was at work just waiting for the app to tell me that my order is ready. The store is just 5 minutes away from my work. 20 minutes passed and no change in my order status in the app. I decided to clock out for my lunch break and drove over there to pick my order up. I just arrived and I saw two people waiting in front of the counter/register, no surprise. Mind you that every single time I come to this store, people are always waiting and no employee is in the cashier position to greed the customers or answer any questions we/they might have… I didn’t care at this point… I didn’t eat breakfast this morning and this was going to be my first food of the day… anyways… I saw that one of the employees (a young guy) started giving out their orders or answering some questions… the second that I wanted to ask him about my order (mind you that I already saw my order ready with my name on the counter right next to him) he turned around and walked away. I waited 2 minutes for him to notice me… he didn’t… I raised my hand and said “Excuse! I am waiting for my online order l, I believe is right there!.”
The young boy employee saw me straight to my eyes… turned around and walked away again… Another employee saw what happened and asked for another employee that was not even near us, to help me and the other customers waiting at the front…
It was a nice lady that always helped me when I get there and she does the best that she can to make you happy… helped me giving me my order.
I believe in second chances… but that was rude af… If it happens one more time… not coming back to this store anymore. I don’t like that kind of disrespect right on my face. I am willing to find a solution to all of this. I know what I can bring to the table to make it happen… it all depends on the other part of...

Although I'm glad to see they brought the Mexican pizza back I don't know that I will actually be returning as a customer to the chain... I understand inflation, however it's tacos! 12 tacos and a Mexican pizza should not cost almost $35, especially when as a chain you are designed to cheat the people The meat is minimal, the cheese is minimal, the lettuce is minimal it's never made the way the picture looks. I mean honestly this review could apply to all fast food because number one, it's not fast food anymore you always have to wait for it and two it's never made the way it's advertised it's always a disappointment you go to Wendy's you order that nice big juicy hamburger in the picture... What you get is some flattened burger that looks like somebody sat on it for the last hour with one little sliver of lettuce in it like there's some sort of lettuce shortage. And a Big Mac at McDonald's? Hell you're lucky if the patty is big enough to even find it, and 9 times out of 10 I guess it's a very difficult sandwich to make because it's supposed to be a patty in each part of the three bun sandwich but nine times out of 10 they put both patties in the same place which ironically even when you put two patties together it still doesn't make a decent one patty... All these fast food places are just one big disappointment after another and sadly even regular restaurants are becoming the same way it's just always a disappointment they get the order wrong you're missing stuff, if your dining in it takes forever to get anybody's attention if you...
Read moreThis is the worst location ever. Some of the employees are great and others definitely need some training. The lunch time manager is the worst manager ever. I don’t know how she even became a manager. They mess up my mobile order every single time. It’s always the same exact order and every single time I have to go in there for them to fix it. This time I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come out to talk to me. I saw her peeking from around the corner for 10 minutes and she heard me asking for her and she still didn’t come talk to me. After another 10 minutes she finally came out and when I asked her how can she help me, she started yelling at me asking me what do I want from her. I told her to lose her attitude and with an attitude said she doesn’t have one. She needs to get demoted because she doesn’t know how to take care of angry customers at all. I’m a manager myself and you must stop what u doing to take care of an angry customer, not peak at them through the viewing of the counter and keep doing what you doing. Oh and they don’t know how to read orders. How do you mess up the same exact order that you get every single day at the same exact time with the same exact employees that are there every single time you go??? Don’t you all learn how to read orders so you can make the correct order???? You all need training on your customer service and you need to get new managers. The managers here could really care less of you are...
