I have never written a bad review before. I donât know if itâs because they are severely short staffed right now, or if I just have bad luck and have managed to get the exact same person on the speaker every time Iâve been there, but I dread going to this Arbyâs. Every single time I have been in the drive thru, it has taken anywhere from 15-45 minutes for me to get my food, which has never exceeded meals for 3 people. It doesnât matter if Iâm the only person in the line, it has been like this. I worked at Dairy Queen for several years and I know how customer service works. Every time, I am greeted with a âgo aheadâ and curt responses while Iâm ordering. No âthanks for coming to Arbyâsâ or âhave a good dayâ or âis there anything else I can get youâ etc. just âgo aheadâ, âokâ, âpull forwardâ and hands me my food without any words at all. I donât know what the reasoning is behind it, but itâs rude. I get it. Work in customer service can be really annoying sometimes. But Iâm not needy, I donât cause chaos in public places. I kindly ask for my order and I expect people to be kind and respectful in return. I have nothing but good things to say about the food itself, which is why I still end up going, but itâs wrong that every time I have been here, the person talking on the headset has been nothing...
   Read moreZero stars! After visiting Megaplay which was great we stopped here for a quick bite. I don't usually eat fast food but it was a treat for the kiddos. Instead of a jamocha shake we were given plain chocolate we ordered two so I returned one and asked for a lemonade. The manager got upset because I asked for the real lemonade rather than minute maid. He then was upset that I asked for a little less ice. So he mumbles Jesus fkcn Christ!!!! My children were with me!!! Even though he said it low it was still very very disrespectful. I then asked if there was a price difference between the shake and drink he angrily replied no! I went back to the drive thru took and picture and went inside where I told him there was a price difference, and he says in a taunting tone "Ohhh so you want your dollar baaack?" I replied yes I want my money he says I'll do you one better I'll give u a dollar out of my own pocket reaches in his back pocket pulls out a wrinkled dollar and slams it on the counter as if he couldn't simply hand it to me. What an ugly personality, horrible food, horrible location....
   Read moreWe went to this establishment on February 1,2025 at about 7pm. We went through the drive thru. When we pull up to order, the gentleman says order when your ready, in a very low mumble. I ask him what he said politely, and he said it again in a more stern voice. We order and then pull up to the window. The gentleman opens the window and I say Hello, I get no response, he takes my card and gives it back after running payment. He gives me my drinks and the bag. I say thank you, he just shuts the window. I notice I am missing both orders of fries that I ordered. I knocked on the drive thru window, he comes back and I say, my fries are not in the bag. He shuts the window with force, rolls his eyes and goes to get my fries. He comes back, hands me my bag with attitude and slams the window shut again. He was not in uniform at all and no name tag.
