I ordered and paid from the website and chose the pick up at counter feature at a set time. Upon arrival I was unable to go inside due to a locked door. After trying to reach the restaurant by phone to tell them I had arrived several times only to get a busy off the hook signal. I got in the long line that wrapped around the building that I was trying to avoid. When, I reached the order board and explained I had a prepaid online order I was instructed to go to the window for pickup. I went out of line and pulled up across from window leaving a lane between myself and the lane for through traffic. I was then yelled at from a employee to park in thr shopping center parking lot the correct way! I told him I was there for my online order and proceeded to pull in a spot. He then came to my car with my order and told me I should have stayed in line, which would have added additional 20 mins, the line is generally always long and slow moving. I responded by telling him I was instructed to to go on to the window, and clarified the instructions as not to wait and move on up (not uncommon with the way a lot of restaurants procedure) He then turned around and mumbled under his breath " yeah by staying in line" By the time I received my order 40 minutes had elapsed and was cold when I went to eat it. I left feedback on site only to receive a message blaming me for my inability to understand the app. Number one I wasn't using the app and followed the instructions on the website for pickup at counter. I know how to online order and found the response to be auto generated, and missing any apology for the inconvenience and time I spent regardless of the fact that was what I was trying to avoid. Even though I enjoy the fried chicken I doubt I will subject myself to the long line and lack of cohesiveness between online ordering and the restaurant's procedure. Read moreI ordered a meal, which they were extremely professional in reading back and were great about everything else, but when I got hkme half of it was missing. I called and they seemed to understand on the phone, but when I got there and explained the situation they tried to tell me it was just read wrong, then as I explained I never got part of my order again, the guy rolled his eyes at me, threw some chicken and fries in a box (Not what I ordered) and gave it to me. I was still missing part of my order and he rolled his eyes again and threw some fries in a basket. First of all I get that they were busy, its a friday afternoon and I have full respect for them, its tough and I would have been willing to wait while I got my order made the correct way. I was in no way disrespectful towards them or tried to cause a scene nor would I have, even when I left knowing I had the wrong order I would not have tried to be rude or disrespectful towards the workers. They are just trying to earn an honest paycheck. I did nothing to warrant the behavior exhibited by the employee in question, other than try and get the rest of the order I spent $30 on. If anyone actually checks these reviews instead of punishing your employees, it would be a wise decision to participate in a few customer service classes for your employees. Read moreI have lived in this area for almost 3 years and this was the worst night ever! There was a new crew in there tonight. They made everyone who had ONLINE ORDERS come inside to pick up our food. This has never happened before! Since when do you order through the app and have to come inside to get your food??? I ordered through the app for the convenience! When we got to the door to come in, the door was locked and it was raining. We had to stand outside, banging on the door until someone finally let us in. We stood around forever, waiting for food that we had already ordered ahead of time. There was about 6 to 7 employees in there, so there was no reason for them to be that behind. One of the employees was walking around, smoking a vape!! There was more than one employees handling food without gloves, scratching their hair and their skin. I’m not sure who this new crew is but they are horrible and instead of apologizing to the customers, the only female employee in there was arguing with us while the men ignored us!
