Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Mission Hill South Township

I've come to scooters so many times and when I went to go order a small one for my daughter but didn't want her to have the espresso I told them to put it in my large because I'm already paying for it I got charged and they looked at me like they didn't understand. Last week when I asked for a flat lid for later but told them I want a dome lid I got a flat and I explained everything clear like I do to my kids. But maybe their boss should tran them like...

A little disappointed today as my coffee tasted like coffee flavored water at first they messed up and made it a hot latte then I l said I ordered an iced latte pretty sure they just dumped the hot latte into a cup as for that I dumped it down my sink worse coffee drink ive ever had I'm not leaving a poor rating because I've never had an issue here before and always like what i get just disappointed...

Ordered a large and medium Latte. They handed me two mediums and assumed I would drive off. When I asked why I didn’t receive a large, they said they were out of large cups, so everyone gets mediums :)

I think they thought I would just drive off, but I asked for a refund and they discounted my large.

Worst part is the Latte was warm instead of hot.
