Great place!

Owner[?]/staff - the only person working at the shop when I visited. Extremely patient in answering ALL questions from EACH customer. He would not stop running around making sure every customer was being taken care of while mixing drinks behind the counter. I saw him handled a group of 5's order then a woman literally asking questions from the menu for 5-10mins then again for a family of 4. Just pure commitment into his business!

Order machine - they have 2 - 3 self ordering machines which are easy to use. There was still some system glitches, the staff had to checkout on his order screen to process payment. It would be a smooth process once they have that fixed or have an extra helping hand at the shop

Giant menu hanging on the wall with LED lights - they have a lot of new interesting boba tea options, very customizable too!

Drinks - I had a brown sugar green tea with grass jelly and boba, I asked for 30% sugar, less ice, it tasted WONDERFUL

Wanted to try a new Boba place around where I live, and I stumbled upon Katsubo Tea. I tell you what, I am now addicted to this place where I go 1x or 2x a week. Their quality of ingredients are super fresh. Katsubo have so many variety of flavors that appeals for everyone. Not only that, you can also customize your drink as well like changing the sweetness or adding more toppings. I love their kiosk system very quick and simple to order and pay. For the price it's actually worth it for the serving size. Around like $6 or more depending if you change anything. It is truly...

Pretty good selection of teas and beverages. The crème brûlée brown sugar boba milk was great. Looking forward to trying more traditional tea blends. Didn’t care for the Ronin matcha. But it’s all about finding what tea is for you. Such is life. Price point is great and the wait times are minimal. Use the easy to operate kiosk and pay with your card and have a seat. Some music would be nice to hear while you wait. Definitely recommend this place to any boba...
