Updating this post cause as anyone can see I’ve been coming here base on my last post a long time, and I felt it was time to update this post!

So yeah I’ve been coming to this food truck for over three years, and it’s hands-down one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always incredible, and the people who run it are just as great. The owner is one of the kindest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet (love to Katie).

I’ve never had a bad meal here, but when they run their special called the ‘Hot Meat,’ I can’t help but go 4–6 times in that one week—it’s that good. Yes, I’m one of the reasons that they run out ;)

This is the first opportunity my husband and I got to try the local cuisine. It did not disappoint. I ordered the super combo. No idea what was in it. Didn’t care. All I knew was that the chef came highly recommended and I wanted to try her food. Best choice I’ve made all day. My husband ordered a tofu dish. He had never eaten tofu and was trying new things. He describes the tofu as nothing short of spectacular. We will be back and we recommend to anyone looking for Japanese fusion or even just excellent food. I had their Japanese Pork sliders(Special of the day) today and boy do I have something to say about it. The buns were elegantly plumpy and soft. When I took the first bite I felt my mouth water, as I chewed and chewed it got jucier and more delicious . After I finished, it was pure bliss never had I had a moist and flavorful slider slide in my mouth ever.
