VERY RUDE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION! This is what happened, on Wednesday August 19, 2020 around 8:45pm I was at their drive thru (working as a Dasher (doordash food delivery)) and their lights were turned off. So, I said āhelloā to make sure if they are open, and after few seconds a guy answered and I drove to the window. After getting the doordash oorder, one of employees was telling to āNOT TO YELL AT THE SPEAKERā because the manger or employees might get āscaredā. I told her I DID NOT YELL!!! but it looked like she and the whole store didnāt not care. I will definitely complain to Doordash head quarters and Business Bureau because this matter is very offensive to me due to my English accent. I feel like the Manager didnāt like me accent and wanted to offend me in any ways he could possibly find. PLEASE learn how to be nice to Dashers from the other...

However, when I pulled up someone was smoking outside and then they let a random dude in the lobby. So do you guys just close but stay clocked in and collect a bigger paycheck and let your friends come hang out? Absolutely disposable and despite being one of the more palatable fast food places, I won't be back anymore. Obvioualy that doesn't matter though as you guys are closed more often than you're open.
It's 7:15 and y'all are closed with no sign or notice. This was also the case on Saturday night. There are like 12 fast food places in Missoula, and only 3-4 that are open past 8pm. It would be really nice if there was some reliability in hours. It would almost make up for the lack of affordable...

The only thing that brings this score down is the incompetent manager who wrote, ""Your requested days off are just that. Not guaranteed", on the board by the office/fryers. Any manager who can't manage a schedule to provide time off shouldn't be in their position. Treat your employees like human beings, not disposable objects.
Remember workers: Your time off request is a COURTESY to your employer and you hold the power. If they won't provide reasonable time off accommodations, stage a walk-out, a sit-in, or something similar. Stop letting employers dictate that you can't have reasonable time off and CAN have garbage pay and constantly...
