I spotted a ring, online, that I simply had to have. It was absolutely beautiful. I live in New Orleans, but none of the local jewelry stores carried this particular ring. After searching online, I found that L & M Fine Jewelry had this ring in stock. I called L & M, and Ms. Kathi answered the phone. As soon as I explained my situation, she was happy to help. Ms. Kathi immediately located the ring, and even took the time to speak with me about stone color, gem selection, etc. The particular ring that L & M had in their store was not the correct size. Knowing that I was unable to find the ring locally, Ms. Kathi took it upon herself to call the manufacturer and order the ring in my correct size. Remember…Ms. Kathi did not know me. To her, I was just a voice on the phone (from out of state). Ms. Kathi went above and beyond to get this ring for me. She even called me throughout the process to touch base, in order to make sure that I would receive my ring. Well, I did receive my ring, and I absolutely love it. I would not hesitate to contact her again if I ever needed help with jewelry orders or purchases in the future. After going through an awful experience that would have ruined my wedding day Adair Jewelers and Last Best Bridal came to the rescue. The entire staff was so helpful and gave me lots of options. They truly saved my wedding. I can't thank the staff enough from the owners to the workers for helping save my wedding. The dresses I previously bought from another local shop came in wrong size, wrong color, and wrong dress. It was a disaster. They have financing options available and the staff will work with you to help in any way they can. My wedding is less than one month away and with all of the messups I had from another store they had me in tears of joy, and I can't thank them enough. They saved me from a wedding disaster. First time I entered the store Landi greeted me & quickly let me know she usually worked in the back, but she would answer my questions the best she could & she did! She even offered to clean my costume jewelry! As she suggested, my next trip I brought in my raw sapphires & inherited jewelry. Carson treated me with a great deal of respect & willingly suggested which sapphires would be best to have cut by his sapphire expert. I was confident in his expertise & advice which he gladly shared. Monse helped us design a perfect keepsake necklace. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Cathi helped me design a sapphire bracelet that is one of a kind, like she is: friendly, fun and full of exceptional, unique suggestions. Brea, the on-site jeweler, is beyond description.
