Frugals (Reserve St) — Restaurant in Missoula

First off the staff was good and friendly. Could tell they were trying to make their best out of the situation. The food was not bad, if unexceptional. I was lured in because the menu looked vaguely like a rip off of in and out. Halfway successful and still better than McDonald's or the local competition. The cheese curds were satisfying. Burger Limp warm shredded lettuce and I don't recall if there was a tomato or not. Okay I'm going to smear poo all over your business model: What kind of a question is, "Do you want cheese with that?" So we've established that your burger is disappointing and incomplete, insufficient, to begin. Of course I want the fekking cheese! But you knew that. What was I going to say, "Yes please make my Burger suck."...? Shouldn't you just put your best menu item out there and let people decide if they want to remove integral components? Extra charges should be like an egg or avocado... Apparently that's where the Frugal part comes in. Sorry to throw down. I didn't leave...

I ordered online and when I got there my order wasn’t ready even though I received a text advising me my order was ready. So, I waited and waited and waited and when I got my order…surprise! Wrong order. So back inside to find out what the heck was going on and one employee yelled, “Hey where’s the online order?” Sitting somewhere getting cold at this point. And sure enough by the time the highly motivated, exceptionally skilled workers who dazzled me with their ineptitude and inabilities, especially the four employees just wandering around in a daze looking at their phones, put down your damn phones and go to work, had found my order I had just about lost all my patience. The fries were soggy and cold. The burgers and veg had soaked through to the buns rendering my lunch a mass of lukewarm garbage. Thanks so much Frugals on Reserve for ruining my lunch…and on Nation Cheeseburger...

I order a frugal burger like normal. There is not a place where you can put American cheese on this burger. I called like I normally do to ask them to put American cheese on my burger and instantly the lady told me no and that it would cost a dollar extra. I have called every single time that I have DoorDash and they have happily done it for me. when I called again to ask to speak to a manager she told me she was one and wouldn't give me to someone else. She responded to me saying no I will not do that for you. Completely rude and will be speaking to her in person next time I'm there. if you were speaking to a manager named Olivia, do not go to her. She will be as rude as she possibly can to you for no reason. Never been so disrespected over ...
