Really good food and quick service, but had a bad experience with one of your managers! I'm traveling from out of state looking for some quick veggie options and I ordered a cheddar chalupa deluxe box with all meats either switched to black bean/taken off. A young polite black haired girl with glasses was quick to adjust my order as needed, and everything looked correct on my end, but then an older lady manager came up behind her and started changing it up for some reason. The younger was most likely a line cook, so she may have entered things weird for the back. The manager was practically berating her in front of me and my partners family over something that small and made her cry/walk away. The manager took over the order and finished putting everything in, and when we got our order it was wrong! I'm not sure if it was the line cook staff's mistake (since it was pretty busy) but on our receipt most of it wasn't put in correctly like it was at first. Not even the one taco switched to a DLT on my partners otherwise unchanged box was correct. We took the mistakes with grace and I spoke to the younger girl who was pretty distressed. Read morePart of this review will seem as if it's negative and that is not at all what I wish to convey. I rolled into this taco bell around 1015pm, 3 hours into a 5+ hour trip. The line in the drive through was pretty long but I didn't want to stop at a sit down place so I decided let's go for it. It took longer than I would have hoped to get to the order box, but that was just because I wanted to get back on the road and home, it's not their fault I didn't stop somewhere else hours earlier. The individual that took my order was very apologetic for the wait. I placed my order, it went smoothly. Once I got to the pickup window, I handed my card over and by the time I got it back I had my food and drink. The individual that handed me the order was very apologetic again on the wait. I was simply appreciative that they were open and kept things moving along.
Take aways- staff was very friendly, order was correct, they got hammered with a rush and still moved things along in a timely manner.

Read moreI always order from the kiosk to alleviate as much customer service from them as possible so they can prepare food but I always pay cash and end up standing there several minutes when eventually someone shows up to the register. They usually say I need to order from the kiosk without checking to see if I have and they don't prepare the food until it's paid for so if you're ordering inside with cash, you're already labeled a minority and have no importance in keeping their doors open with just cash.... Don't ever walk up to the drive thru or on a bicycle and order either, especially if you're a out of town tru ck driver and the lobby is closed because of cleanliness issues or poor maintenance. If you want Taco Bell I suggest going to the one on East Broadway, the food is always better and the atmosphere is much more professional.
