Outback is one of my favorite places to eat here in town. I’ve ALMOST always had wonderful experiences with the servers and the food. I’d like to start off by saying I have always had amazing service from Brandy and Hailey(I believe that’s their name) I’m very pleased anytime I’m seated in their section. I had gone to outback with my mom and sister Saturday May 25th during dinner time. It was a little busier than normal but Hailey continued to deliver excellent customer, checked up on us consistently, and was very attentive. I was very satisfied with this experience, so satisfied I decided to come back the next day with a friend. However the experience was very unpleasant, she took our drink and food after about 8 or so minutes of waiting (this was not as late in the afternoon as the prior day and the restaurant maybe had 10 tables with customers) I had been doing some physical activity’s prior to getting food so I was thirsty and finished my water prior to our food being brought out( I placed my glass on the edge of the table that way it would be more noticeable that it was empty). Multiple times our server walked past us without saying anything, she even rolled utensils at the table across from us while we had not been assisted. Our food was eventually brought out by a runner, the food was okay however I had ordered Roasted Garlic butter for my steak and fries as my side. The RGB was not added to my steak when it was brought out, I continued to eat my fries while I waited for our server to come back so I could ask for the side of butter, she hadn’t done so for probably and additional 5-8 minutes after I finished my side, so I decided to just eat my steak which then cold after the fact. The steak was also not cooked to my liking however I refused to wait for the server so I ate as much of the steak as I could stomach. After me and my friend ā€œfinishedā€ our meals the server finally came and ā€œcheckedā€ on us asking if we were ready for our tab and asked if I’d like a refill of my water. When she brought out the tab I noticed I had been charged for the RGB and asked that she remove it from our tab as I did not receive it which she would have know had she checked on us. I hate to leave anything but a 5 star review however my experience with Sarah( I believe that’s her name, short blackish hair) was very disappointing and it’ll probably prevent me from going there...

We used to love Outback when they still operated in Canada, so decided to take the kids here while traveling through town. The hostess did warn us they were understaffed for a Sunday evening, but assured us the food would not be delayed once ordered. We waited 10 min and were seated. Waiter was a friendly guy, but guessing he was a manager more than a waiter. Wasn’t very good-disorganized. Appy- Blooming onion was saturated in grease, it was dropped off with a passing waitress, no cutlery, no plates, no napkins. Main waiter dropped our starter salads and half the drinks, we asked for napkins, and he was gone without dropping cutlery. Plates and starter bread was finally dropped off. No napkins, so I went to the nearby washroom and grabbed paper towels for the kids to wipe the grease from their hands. Stacked appetizer plates were left for some time, with multiple waitresses and other waiters passing by. I finally moved them to an empty table to prepare for main dishes. Finally the mains arrived, waiter was apologetic for the delay. 4 out of the 5 dishes were good; wife’s steak was tasty but severely overcooked. The waiter did nock off the price of the blooming onion and one starter salad from the bill, without being asked. All in all, enjoyed the food. The service staff need some serious coaching from management. From greeting, to service protocol (if there are dishes on tables that are stacked and you are walking past- collect them- even if it isn’t your table)…witnesses similar tables with couples eating and stacked appetizer dishes sitting between them while eating main course. I tipped well, understanding of the staffing issue, but even when leaving, 2 of the hostess staff were chatting while we were leaving, not even a ā€˜thank you for coming’ or ā€˜have a good night’. Undertrained or unprofessional- not sure. I don’t think we will be back, there are so many other...

We stopped here for dinner on a Thursday night. While waiting for our food we observed the waitress tasting people's drinks before taking them out. Maybe she forgot which was a beer and which was a soda.salads came out and were very good Our main food arrived. The steak was pan seared and the outside was super crunchy. Not too good but we were traveling and hungry. Then the kid informs us his macaroni and cheese is cold. I inform the waitress and she immediately orders a new one. A few mins later the kid gets his Mac n cheese. He ate about half before discovering something black and disgusting in the bottom of his bowl. (See pic) We informed the waitress about the issue. Then the manager I think he said his name was Clyde apologized and let us know he would take this off our bill. He did offer to get more food but by this time we were over the outback. This is the third straight time we have had bad experiences at the outbacks. We will not give them another visit. Eat at...

I liked the good place, the waiter was polite, we left a good tip, I ordered a ribeye steak - the most famous steak in the world. A thick edge is cut from a cut of beef from the 5th to the 12th rib of the animal. Despite the fact that literally ā€œribeyeā€ is parsed into ā€œribā€ and ā€œeyeā€ (English rib ā€œribā€ + eye ā€œeyeā€), the name has nothing to do with the drawing supposedly resembling an eye. The "eye" in this case denotes the center of the best boneless tenderloin. The cut from which the steak is cut is located at the intersection of 6 muscles that are least involved in the movement of the animal. All this is of fundamental importance for the taste of a steak: a lot of fat layers melt when cooking a steak, softening muscle fibers, and the meat turns out to be unusually juicy, acquiring a unique refined taste. Classic ribeye is usually made from grain-fed marbled beef. Rib-eye on a long, trimmed rib bone is called a tomahawk steak.
