What an absolutely horrible experience. I really hope the OWNER, contacts me. I just went and ordered two things. I had planned to order a water, something that takes two seconds, but the lady at the speaker completely cut me off, I said " and I think-" then she says "alright 3.38 at the window" in a very rude way. I'm like okay... So I go to the window, planned to just ask for a water there. She proceeds to be very rude, and says "I'm way too busy I'll have to have you go through again". Which I could understand just pulling around and walking inside to help out. She said EVERYTHING, to me in a rude manner. I tried to say, "hey it just takes a couple seconds" or would have walked inside but her tone was just dreadful she then hands me my money and says "how about we just don't let you order at the window" which I countered with, "I tried ordering at the speaker and you cut me off" she did not care and just shut the window in my face.
I have been a manager, a general manager, at many food places. I've been there where it's very busy and short staff and life sucks. But I've never used it as an excuse to lash out at innocent customers. Especially when I was very kind and TRYING to be understanding, because I've dealt with Karen customers and I try my hardest to never complain at restaurants. But man, BOTH, burger king's always have terrible service and have forced me to complain. I just dealt with a Karen employee, lashing out at a pregnant woman just trying to get some food before going back to work which I work 6-7 days a week running my own business.
Maybe you would have more employees if you treated people with some respect. Both burger king's seem to have this problem.

Read moreMy best friend and I hadn't been to Burger King in a while and decided to go through the drive-thru before heading home from Missoula, which was a mistake. The girl who took our order was rude and had one hell of an attitude for someone just taking our order. I am hoping she was just having a bad day. We tried the mozzarella sticks, which were gross and the marinara sauce somehow was worse than the mozzarella sticks themselves. I was excited initially to try the Ch'King chicken sandwich, but it too was wildly disappointing. The buns were gross, the breading was weird, the sauce (it may have been mayo?) was also confusing and not appetizing. The fries were undersalted and tasted like the oil they were friend in, and they were all too soft. The lemonade was almost the worst I've had in all of Missoula. I honestly would recommend every other fast food restaurant in Missoula over this Burger King. Seriously, don't go here. Go to McDonald's, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Popeyes, or even Panda Express when they have dry noodles before you stop here. I can't say I have ever had a worse experience at a fast food place ever. If they go out business, no one will be sad. The only time I might like the food is if I'm too drunk to know better, then I may go again. One star is...
Read moreI am a DoorDash driver who stopped to pick up two orders earlier tonight (10/2/2023), and I was appalled by the behavior of one the employees working that night. He was running drive thru and the front (middle-aged with dark brown hair) and he thought it was appropriate to be berating and cussing out the two elderly coworkers in the kitchen/assembly line in front of me as I awkwardly waited for the two orders. All this over a drive thru time, and while yes the drive thru time is important, it isn't as important as making sure you are being professional in front of customers and also just not being rude. This worker also greeted me with an annoyed tone, and I heard him tell a drive thru customer "This is a Burger King, go to a different drive thru" before proceeding to continue to berate his coworkers. He was also so heated that he forgot to hand a drive thru customer an item (he verbalized that he had forgotten). Overall, his behavior was awful and made me feel very uncomfortable being in the store.
