I don't have a car, so I usually order food through ubereats, or tonight, door dash. Ive often had orders messed up. First few times, let it go. People make mistakes. The last three times, I've called. I've explained that I can't come in to exchange food or get refunds for it because I don't have a car. I'm on a pretty small budget, so I can't just order anywhere. I have mental health issues and I typically order when I'm having such horrible day I could barely get out of bed or when I'm swamped in school work and don't have the time to make my kids dinner and clean up the mess. Today it was both. I got cheeseburgers that came with no cheese. I have explained every time that I call that I can't come in and why. I'm never offered a solution other than taking down my name so I can come in for a free meal later. Which isn't a solution because I CAN'T come in. Again, I let it go the last two times because I didn't want to throw a fit over fast food. But, as I explained to this manager, I don't have money to throw away on food I don't even want to eat. I was upset before I even called. He was rude from the very beginning and offered the same non solution I get everytime, after telling him that I could NOT COME IN,so I said I knew it didn't affect him or his paycheck at all, but I wouldn't be ordering or buying from here again. That's when he hung up on me. Speaking that way to ANY customer is unacceptable, but to someone who has spent all day trying to pull themselves out of bed so they don't miss a deadline for an assignment, being treated like that, even if it's over something that seems stupid, can end up with them doing what I'm doing now. Sitting on my couch sobbing, and feeling like absolute garbage because they can't calm down enough to get their kids ready for bed. Thanks for the panic attack I'm fighting. I'm calling corporate and filing a complaint tomorrow. Hopefully I can get my money refunded because I don't want a cent to go to a store that has MANAGERS who treat customers badly because they screwed up and the customer is upset about paying for something they don't want to and didn't eat. Having to call at all drives up my anxiety up so much I can barely even speak and explain the problem. To be spoken to and treated the way I was... I honestly don't have words to describe how awful I am...
Read moreOn March 3d 2021, I was doordashing and went to pick up my order from this location around 8pm. However, when I told them the order number, after I asked if I could get a another separate order for myself (a drink with light ice). The employees told me No, you can’t. I didn’t understand, and I’m still confused. But I drove to drive through window, and ask why is that? They said since I work for doordash I have to go around one more time and then order my own order. I ask how it makes it any difference? They said we just can’t accept personal order from doordash. After I ask if I could speak with the manager, the one young lady with the name of Casety (if it’s her real name) came to the window and was still refusing take my order as a customer and claiming that it’s doordash policy. I informed her that I have been doing this deliveries for almost a 1 year and during this pandemic, but never ever had this kind of problem from any restaurant. The Dairy Queen’s even provides to the drivers FREE drinks, so we would be happy, but McDonald’s isn’t going to sell it at all. I asked if she could write down her name and the number of the manager, but she didn’t write the number at all. She just gave me last 4 numbers, and a note on it, says “Doordash can’t order food”. She at the end left and I ask for my doordash order, the next guy gave it to me and slammed window on me.
Kim is a horrible franchise, she doesn’t want to pay extra money to bring some trainers to train these employees from the corporation itself! They are rude, unprofessional, uneducated and disrespectful! They need to be trained and educated on ethics, and simple respect!
They are kids, Kim bring the trainers from Corporation!
Apparently delivery guys (drivers)...
Read moreWasn't real sure about the tossed salad I had eaten there but ate it anyway. The rest of my meal was great. These new automated offering kiosks make it quite easy to order your food without waiting at the counter for a person. On a scale of 1- 10 I would say the kiosks are a strong seven(7). It take a minute to get it figured out but once your in its a great experience. I ordered a qtr pounder, fries, salad and a cold ice latte. It was all warm seemed fresh, other than the salad, but this was during the E-coli scare in lettuce and after close examination I deduced my salad was edible. And quite tasty I might add. There were lots of families with children in the playground area and from the.sounds were totally enjoying themselves, made for a nostalgic meal time. Remembering my small children utilizing the playground 30-35 years ago. This McDonalds is easily accessed from Brooks or other side streets in the area. They provide adequate parking for all to include handicap and the elderly. The washrooms were clean and adequate and handicap accessible. Not sure if they were labeled for Unisex occupancy or not. The Staff was busy and very diligent in their duties. Quite friendly and pleasurable. There wasn't any long waits that I noticed in my meal time and all seemed content. The only thing I could say was inadequate is the parking spaces are to small or tight together. Large pickups and SUV's putting pressure on the lined boundaries. Care and finesse were paramount to opening your car doors. There is also some tables for outdoor dining if so desired in a more suitable season. A bit nippy from October thru...
