I have a Droid turbo phone. I broke the screen. Went online and got the replacement part. When received, I went to Snap to have the job done. They didn't even look at the part I bought. They didn't wait for me to finish and said that they can't do it. So I asked if they can't or they won't. She said both. She would have asked to look at the part, she would have realized that there was no ungluing/gluing involved. Just a part swap. The downside is that Snap's current CDMA plans are OK but not as stellar. [My experience is that CDMA does tend to have slightly better coverage in rural Western Montana, though it all depends exactly where you are, as there are places with GSM (AT&T) coverage without CDMA (Verizon).] And you can't beat working with Al. Absolute...
