Awful Service. We ordered dinner around 8:20 and at 8:53 it was in “quality check” and we waited for it to go out to delivery. At 9:30 I called to store to see if there was a problem. The guy who identified himself as Trey told me the delivery guy missed our order, but it would be going out soon. I expressed my concern that it would not be fresh but over cooked having sat for almost an hour by the time it got to us. He told me if that was the case call and they would remake it. I asked if the could just remake it now because I would be calling and he said no, I would have to send it back, reorder and wait for a new delivery. I asked to speak to the manager because by that time it would be almost 11pm. He put me on hold and then came back and said his manager said the same thing, so I requested that they just cancel the order and refund my CCard. He hung up on me. I called back and they hung up each time until I used a different phone. When he answered I requested his managers name and was told it was Mike but he didn’t know the last name. I told him to ask and he said the manager was not there. I asked who he talked to the first time and reminded him he told me it was the manager. He changed his story and so no the manager was Richard but did not know his last name either when I asked. I selected curbside pickup and when I arrived, I parked in the curbside pick up spot, put on my flashera and checked in via the app. Dominos says that if the Pizza isn’t brought to your car in 2 minutes, you get a free pizza on your next order. I started the timer at 5:43pm. 5:45 came and went and no one came to the car. In fact. The timer stopped with 1:16 left and never restarted. Also, Funny enough, the store front is all glass and I saw multiple Dominos employees come in and out of the store (delivery drivers and what not), but no one came to ask about my order or if I had checked in - despite clearly being able to see me. I’m in the only curbside pickup spot the store has. By 5:53, I went into the store to see what the issue was and an employee asked, “are you here to pick up?”. I said yes, I’ve been waiting outside for 10mins. She quickly brought my order over and I asked about my free pizza. She gave me a puzzled look and said No. I challenged her with what the app says and she went to talk to another associate. That associate came over and asked what the issue was and I explained the 2-min guarantee. He too looked puzzled and said that he didn’t know how it worked. Read moreI ordered pizza tonight as well as a few other items. I have never seen a pizza look so awful as the one I got.
I opened the lid and found the receipt CRUMPLED AND TOSSED ON TOP OF THE PIZZA.
The pizza wasn't even cut, cheese hanging off of the entire thing, and looking like a train wreck.
I called, explained what happened, and was told they would send a new one. They did. This one actually looked a pizza. But then my kids complained that it didn't taste right. I took a bite. I don't know what was wrong with it, but it was way off. Normally, we save leftovers and have pizza for the next few days, but this time I just tossed everything in the trash.
We've ordered from this location many, many times and never had an issue until tonight. This was such a horrid experience that tonight was also the last night for us with this location. Right now, I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping we don't get food poisoning. I suggest ordering elsewhere.
