Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Missouri City

The worst service ever!!! I was finally excited to find a location near our home. My boys and I went in for ice cream. From the moment we walked in until the time we left the employee had a very nasty attitude. Everything I asked for they didn’t have, no pecans, no cones, no lids...it wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t said rudely!!! Even after they didn’t have what I wanted, I decided to go ahead and compromise and pick something else. After the employee fixed my ice cream, I noticed it had red velvet on top, but I didn’t order red velvet... and in fact, I don’t like that flavor. I told the employee about it and with an attitude she scraped it off and threw it on the ground. I told her I didn’t even want it after the way she was acting, she shrugged her shoulders as to say she didn’t care and walked off. My boys didn’t like their ice cream and said it had a horrible after taste. I will NEVER go to this location EVER again!!!! Don’t waste your time...

Ruined my birthday. I have never been one to leave a negative review but when my already bad birthday becomes worse because of a $30 6-inch cake that doesn't even fit the description I am gonna let it be known. The outside is whatever. Doesn't look like the picture but that's not what really matters. But the inside doesn't match the description at all. Looks like they scraped up cake left in the bottom of a pan and smacked a tub of ice cream on top and called it a day. There are no layers. No strawberry puree. Random lil chunks of strawberry thrown in. I feel cheated and scammed. No one should have to feel disappointed on their birthday especially after paying that...

If I could rate this establishment with a negative star, I would. Not deserving of one star. Customer service was HORRIBLE! Walked in to get a small cone with birthday cake flavored ice cream cone with strawberries and Oreos mixed in. The Hispanic male worker refused my order, insisting that I could only get one mix- in with a small cone. He was extremely rude and should not be in customer service. I've visited numerous marble slabs across the city and no one has ever told me that. I walked out and took my business next door to Poparazzi popcorn (which was delicious by the way). Needless to say, this location will not be receiving...
