I often don't give bad reviews. This being my first time eating at Chick-fil-A I have to say the experience was horrible. Me and my family ordered our food and my husband and I sat down and let the kids play. I noticed the worker walk by and set a tray of food down at another table never asking anybody who ordered such and such. My daughter got the chicken nuggets kids meal, I got the 3 piece chicken tenders meal, my son got a chicken sandwich meal, and my husband just ordered a strawberry shake. As we were waiting I noticed it was taking a while. We also noticed another family sat down at the table where the worker previously sat the tray of food down. Naturally we thought it was their food. 30 minutes went by and I said to my husband "it's taking a while to get our food huh." He said to go up there and ask what the hold up was. So I went up to the counter and told the guy who took our order that we never received our food. He seemed shocked and he said that his co-worker was bagging it up right now. So I went and sat back down and the cashier came out and walked around and picked up the tray that was at another table and said "this is your food right here." He sat the tray on the table and just walked away. I was thinking to myself that I didn't want to be a "Karen" but seriously. He never offered to replace it because it was sitting at another family's table, it was cold, and it was in very small portions. I feel like it was over priced for the food we got. It was really cold and he didn't offer to even warm it up since it started at someone else's table. I didn't want to complain because I'm also sick so we ate and just left. I will never go back to Chick-fil-A again. Although the cashier was nice the service was horrible. The food was cold, expensive, small portions, and I just didn't enjoy myself. Do better Chick-fil-A. People, such as myself, spend their hard earned money to receive cold, small boxes of food. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my first visit. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Never again. It's overpriced and just not worth the money. I was really looking forward to the waffle fries and I just tasted cold oily...

I received a grilled spicy deluxe with cheese, cold stale fries and 1 chick fil a sauce, 1 ketchup, and 1 avocado sauce that I never asked for…? Probably just not my order right? No biggie… so I call to ask for a refund because honestly I’m not eating this, their grilled chicken is… so gross.
First call, they answer for 2 seconds then hang up. You’re not getting rid of me, so I call back, ask nicely for a manager and was transferred to him. He asks me for the order #, there isn’t one since I received no receipt. I tell him my name and car model since that’s what they record in the drive thru and I don’t have an order # to give him. He rudely says “that… that doesn’t help- let me put you on hold” (I record all my calls so yall ain’t lying about this one to corporate when they call you about me). 10 MINUTES GO BY ON HOLD… I hang up and call back figuring their manager just forgot about our call maybe? Again… whatever no biggie.
3rd call, a lady answers I ask for a manager she says she’s the other manager. I tell her what happened, she offers a quick refund or replacement I take the refund because I can’t drive back at this point…
I then (try to) express that I I’m a little upset at this point about the long hold which I’m sure would have gone on for an hour if I let it, and find it pathetic that the other grown “man” manager wouldn’t deal with this himself and instead passed it along to a clearly younger female coworker to deal with. She interrupts me multiple times and says “he was just busy” (Then why didn’t he pass the call to you in the first place or tell me the hold would be long? Hello? What is customer service?) and so I hang up on her and immediately call corporate to ensure I get that refund because she had an attitude too and I felt like she would have reversed it out of pettiness.
I hate leaving reviews, especially long ones like this, but after seeing all the other terrible reviews I didn’t feel too alone and felt comfortable contributing. Hope...
Read moreCustomer service with management at this location is HORRIBLE. I ordered a salad from this location and the salad wasn’t fresh. I literally didn’t take one bite. My husband drove up to this location to have it exchanged and was met with absolutely horrible customer service. He asked to speak to a manager and was told by the on duty manager (Alex) that he was not going to replace our order because the sticker didn’t match… now we’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A for I couldn’t tell you how many times and I have never seen a sticker to match a location. They’re all red! He told my husband to drive down the road to see if that sticker matched another Chick-fil-A location (insane). Alex was extremely difficult, disrespectful and condescending towards my husband. My husband ended up leaving without a resolution however I decided to call and speak to the GM - this was a waste of my time. She gave me the run around and was completely unhelpful. The GM! I’m not sure how this is considered the most productive way to handle these types of situations, considering this location has lost a customer for life. We’ve spent an embarrassing amount of money at this location but I can guarantee you - we’ll never give another penny to this location. Seems like management needs to have a customer service...
