Went through the drive through. Ordered the chicken Teriyaki bowl with a Large Root Beer and then a Mini Taco box with a large curly fry and Large Root Beer. She asked me to hold on and asked about the Tacos then asked what else. I asked her if she got the Root beer and she said yes so I told her that was all. Pulled up. She gave me 2 drinks and a bag with mini Tacos and a Teriyaki Bowl. She never said anything so I told my husband ask her if that’s it. He did and she put her finger up to him to hold on. After she spoke to the Manager she said for us to give her a drink back cause we only paid for one. I told her I ordered 2 drinks and she asked the manager to pull the order back up. The manger said” Yall only got one. “ I told her we ordered 2 as I even asked her if she got the second one and she said yes. They asked to see the receipt and the manager just waved her hands to the lady in the window telling her to just tell us to go. We asked for hot sauce for the tacos when we ordered the food, didn’t get that or the fries. My Chicken Teriyaki bowl was cold on the bottom. I could feel it as soon as I pulled it out the bag. We were the only customers there the whole time and now I understand why. Manager was definitely not any help. Seemed she was more mad at us then the cashier who didn’t take the order right and the whole experience was just poor. If you’re unhappy working in customer service then please find a job doing something else. Don’t make people feel any kind of way when it’s the training you provided for your employees...
Read moreMy experience this morning at this location was TERRIBLE...after leaving the bank out this way I actually used Google maps to find the nearest location, which gave me this one being only 0.5 miles away. I am familiar with Jack in the Box, but this was my first and last time going to this location. The cashier Silvia was so rude and unpleasant, her whole demeanor came off so unprofessional. We only order a Loaded Breakfast sandwich and Loaded Breakfast Meal (#26) we was the only car in line, but we were parked to wait for our order(during the rain), minutes later the same cashier Silvia comes out rudely throws the bag in my hand and walking away. After checking our food and realizing neither sandwiches had bacon on them. We go inside to inform them our order was incorrect, while waiting (again) for our order. I asked to speak with manager to express my experience with her I asked for a corporate number she stated the number was on my receipt , which I called and the number was out of service. We had an order through the app, not a single thing that we ordered was in stock (for the love of God, please have your app rebuilt by even a semi-competent developer.) Now, I know this is an issue with the app, it is out of this locations control, but we do have a valid reason to leave this review.
After submitting feedback through the app that we basically got scammed into paying $20 for literally nothing, a District manager reached out and offered to make it right.
That’s great right?!
Nope, he didn’t respond to any of the 3 follow up emails we sent over the span of 2 weeks. So we’re just out $20 and jack in the box profits off of it.
It’s very frustrating because we enjoy the food, but at this point it’s not worth ordering from them anymore. It wouldn’t even surprise me if this is the reason why they have such a terrible app.
