Be forewarned! I wish I had read the reviews of Little Stitches before leaving my Baby Lock serger with them for service/repair. Unfortunately, I didn’t read them until AFTER the sorriest customer service experience I can remember! In short, was told the service would take 2 weeks and I would receive a call regarding any necessary repairs; called the store when I hadn’t heard anything after 2 weeks, only to learn that not only had the service not been done, they couldn’t locate my machine and didn’t know where it was! Needless to say I was feeling a little panicked. The owner got on the phone, but rather than being reassuring and/or apologetic, he made excuses that the store was being “remodeled” (there was no evidence of “remodeling” when I dropped it off) and then proceeded to berate, intimidate and speak very rudely and arrogantly to me. He ended up saying he would find the machine and I could pick it up in a couple of days and then hung up on me. Fortunately, the machine was found and I promptly picked it up and will never set foot in that store again. How a business owner manages to continue to operate while treating a paying customer like that is beyond me! This place deserves "0" stars but that is not an option.
I called Baby Lock’s main office in Fenton MO to let them know how one of their dealers was doing business and to ask their advice on where to get my serger serviced/repaired locally. They were very helpful and understanding and referred me to another authorized BabyLock Dealer - Eastex Sewing Machine Co which is quite a distance from me, but oh, was it worth the drive! What a difference in attitude! Not only was the owner at Eastex Sewing Machine extremely nice, I left the machine with them on Tuesday and 2 days later on Thursday I got a call that the service/repair was complete and it was ready for pick up! I picked it up on Friday and that afternoon it was home, sewing like a charm! Now, when future service is needed or the time comes to buy a new serger, Eastex Sewing Machine Co is where i will take...
Read moreI took my Singer in for warranty repair in the beginning of March, described the problem throughly and was told it would take 3 weeks to fix. Three weeks later I spoke to the repair person and he said they would need to order the part that was broken. I said okay and wasn't upset at this point for the delay because I was 9 months pregnant and not up to sewing anytime soon. Three weeks later and almost my due date they called and left a message saying the repair person was going to be out 8 weeks for emergency surgery. Again I was extremely patient and waited the full eight weeks before inquiring again, since I too was recovering from surgery. I called to check on the status only to find out its been just sitting on a shelf because they have no record of what's wrong with it! The person I spoke with tried to give an excuse that they called back in March and didn't hear from me which was incorrect. I contacted Singer customer service to try and resolve the issue and after a week of harassing them they are now ordering the replacement part. Little Stitches still hasn't communicated to me when my machine will be fixed and it's been three months! In hindsight I would have returned the machine to Singer in the first place but now i am outside of the 90 day warranty. I depend on this machine for my business and have lost a very large order and a customer because of the horrible customer...

I am extremely very surprised that Black-eyed Pea is gone out of business :-(! They have a very great customer service at the Hickory barbecue place that I used to always enjoy to eat at until I start getting sick with diarrhea :-(! The Sugars a New Orleans restaurant place is a little too pricey and so is this other Italian restaurant also a little too high price especially when you come back and still feeling hungry :-(! The Sugar's restaurant and Hickory Restaurant you could hold parties and banquets and meetings there it is a very peaceful place there is plenty of parking there whichever restaurant you go to and it's free parking :-)! But this place does have a cute shop to shop at :-)! If you have the money this is a place to go to if you don't have the money and you're bored is a great place just to visit and enjoy window shopping or trying at any of those high price restaurants for those prices I can only tell you it is not a five star restaurant when it comes to decor :-)! But, I hope that you would enjoy visiting there it is a very convenient place if you lived there and Highway 6 and...
