I went to this location back in February and I ordered for to go a breakfast order for my family and we had someone just come in from out of town so I spent over $60 me and cousin sat waiting for 35 min until we ask where our order was and the manager said about 5 more minutes we said ok, so we sat back down and there was a security guard there that kept shushing me and cousin every other word I asked him why is he doing this he said I don’t like you’s I said ok then we got the order turns out it wasn’t our order so we waited another 30 minutes outside because we didn’t want to disappoint our family and did not want to deal with the security guard who clearly was drunk on his own sense of power, we get the order finally and low and behold it was not what we ordered and ice cold food. Fast forward I call the next day someone calls back and says they will get back to me but never did. Now fast forward to today I get a callback from the general manager she tells me she personally looked over the footage and never seen anything like that and she don’t employ security guards at this location but she did offer me to buy one dinner I felt very insulted by the offer I will never return to this location again and I highly suggest you...

Guessing they would not prepare my hamburger to order - their default preparation resulting in something tiny, overcooked and dry - I ordered a triple, with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. This, with fries, was nearly $14.00!!! I can get a half pound burger, cooked the way I like it, with a sit-down meal, a nice clean restaurant, an ambience, and excellent table service at BJ', for roughly the same price...and, did I mention "sit-down meal and excellent service?" My first visit to Whataburger is likely my last visit. I won't go so far as to say the WAB order taker was impolite or otherwise unacceptable. She was fine at her job: taking an order via intercom and providing me with a total cost of food. I will go so far as to opine an automated system could fo the same... and, for this insanely high price, probably get my order right...the first time. Read moreOrdered through the App. Went through the drive through gave my preorder name, and the girl on the intercom said " I have it right here" I was ready to turn the corner in the outside lane but it was backed up so that we couldn't turn the corner. Whoever was in the car at the window must have been ordering for a family reunion of 50 because they didn't move from the window for 15 minutes. We finally made the turn and the Chrysler 300 ahead of me in lane 2 tried multiple times to get someones attention and after another 5 minutes they finally got their food and left. It now been 20 minutes for a preorder, and 5 minutes later they come out and say they don't have it. To which I said "Then why did the girl on the speaker say I see it right here" He disappeared again and miraculously reappears with the bag. He drops it in my lap without a word.
