Apparently this place needs new management. Waited approx 10min in the drive thru before they helped us. Had to repeat order cause it was messed up. Repeated it back, it was correct so got the food and left. Go to eat food & missing a bag of jalapeño chips. Called them to notify them that we were missing them & instead of saying "let's see what we can do", the guy started arguing with me. Said he remembered us & he handed them through the window when we asked for them (which never happened). Then Matt gets on the phone (was told this is the general manager). He's the most condescending a**hole I've ever spoke to for a "general manager". Put me on hold, came back, & stated he "reviewed the tapes" & we ordered regular chips (didn't say anything about seeing them handed through the window--cause it never happened). I said "if we ordered regular chips then why does it say jalapeño on the ticket"?!? Regardless, they were NOT in the bag. Long story short (ugh) nothing was resolved. Didn't get a refund for the price of the chips (cause the price would only be like .30 less cause now it's not a "meal"). I just said "never mind". Not worth it & DEFINITELY won't be returning to that location anymore. Thank goodness there's another one in Sugar Land. That place doesn't deserve business while that guy...
Read moreI've been coming here for years as it's close by & it's an easy pickup for the kids even though the service is slow. Well on my latest visit it is clear the days of the customer is always right is long gone! As well as they need to change their slogan to 'ridiculously slow'.. I pulled up in the drive thru & ordered my same order as always. One giant sandwich that I ask to be cut into thirds & wrapped separately so I can give the kids.. This time the guy responded sorry we can't do that. Even though they've literally done it every time before for years. When I requested it again he responds "Sorry the owner is here & says we can't do it." Then I proceeded to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive thru for ONE sandwich & I was the first car in line! No thank you's or your welcomes come out of anyone's mouth or sorry for the inconvenience.. Nada. Customer service is dead. I will not be returning to this location again. That did it for me. As a fellow business owner do better for your paying customers, a little kindness goes a long way. I will from now on be going out of my way to go to Jersey Mike's instead who doesn't even have a drive thru & I get out of there quicker + I like their sandwich more anyways. Read moreWent thru drive thru and requested 3 sandwiches. 1 bootlegger club and 2 Country Club on wheat. They ran out of wheat , only had 2 slices for 1 sandwich. I took what they had. Came home, got 2 Hunter’s Club sandwiches instead of Country Club and none of my sandwiches were cut in half as I had specifically requested. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was told there was no manager on duty so I talked to someone by the name of Anna. Anna had a heavy Spanish accent and I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she had to keep repeating asking me what the problem was. I went back to the restaurant to return wrong items and try to resolve this, once again, no wheat bread but I was told that they have white bread instead but I got French bread which is not what I wanted. No apologies, no customer service at all. The other staff, Naliyah was condescending and said if I wanted the wheat, come back tomorrow. Incidentally, Naliyah was the one who inputted the wrong order to begin with. No one at this location cares about what happens or cares to make things right with the customer.
