Subway — Restaurant in Missouri City

This subway is owned by a husband and wife. They are very rude and unfriendly. I’ve eaten here a handful of times as it’s 2 minutes from my home. A couple of times I’ve noticed the vegetables are not fresh. I worry they cut corners with how they manage the restaurant.

Today I decided to order via Uber eats. My order was completely screwed up. I ordered a turkey ham cheese double meat double cheese sandwich. I received the sandwich - there was no cheese at all, no double meat and it was toasted. I called the restaurant and spoke with the husband who answered the phone. He pretended to not understand English and gave the phone to his wife who prepared the sandwich. Of all the places customers could eat it’s truly a waste of time to give money to a restaurant that offers horrible customer service. The instructions of the order were even in writing since order was placed via Uber eats. While it’s “just” a sandwich this speaks to a bigger problem. Eating out these days is a luxury whether your meal is $10 or $100 and orders need to be taken and prepared correctly. Needless to say, I’m not going back to...

This Subway used to be the best one in the area. The staff was always respectful, efficient, and polite. But now they have teenagers working here and I don’t have anything against teenagers. However, when a person is working for money instead of for a living, they usually don’t take their job serious. I went in today and they were taking so long that two women ahead of me in line sat down. I noticed that the girl on shift was doing what she needed however she seemed a little agitated toward her co worker. She was justified because he was lollygagging and she had to redirect him multiple times within the 35 minutes I spent in there to get 5 sandwiches. He was saying things under his breath, ignoring me. Now mind you, I will always be as polite as possible. I told them to not worry about a mistake they made on the sandwich and tipped them a few dollars even though many in my place would not have. Most horrible Experiemce.... They have nothing in the stock......?????? I went in to order 6 inch veggi. In 9 grain honey oat But..... They only have plain wheat bread...i compromised on that.... They dont have pickle & jalapenos & vinegar & so many things..... They put black olive....which are almost dried...& surely not fresh.....

My subway never tasted such tasteless...... becuase it was half empty without many items missing on it.....

I wish corporate or manager can read this & bring imrovement or else they will surely loose me & other customers.....

Rating for this location was already bad but i ignored it. But now i know why.....

I wish there was an option to give...
