I have to be honest, I have not been treated so poorly by a general manager EVER. Upon arrival everything was fine, I ordered my chicken sizzler sandwich and it was tasty, I noticed though that the pieces of breast meat were very thick. As I continued eating, I noticed it was not fully cooked inside. Pink and a little bloody - so with chicken we all know it can be dangerous to eat but a common mistake. I notified Carlos, and he gladly took it to the back of the house where they dissected it and brought it back to my table. Very offended he started repeating violently that the chicken was NOT raw and that raising his voice. I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the store, I actually wanted them to rectify it and I was willing to give them another chance and order another dish when he yelled - I’ll give you a REFUND. He kept going on and on and as I was collecting the refund he started opening up the chicken and spreading with his fingers. Super agitated and quite scary to be honest. Please check the cameras and watch out, the restaurant needs be notified, it won’t last. I wish I would have taken a picture, but thought I didn’t need to for him to believe me. Jeez.
