Was disappointed this time, not upset, just disappointed. I made an online order, set a timer, went to pick up my order and it had not even been started. They guy stated he got busy, had to find the ticket again. I get that. Then he serves others while starting my sandwich, didnt notice there was an order of wings on the order, the wings turned out like regular wings not buffalo wings, had to wait on those. The guy put jalapenos on the sandwich, I didn't ask for them. I eat jalapenos so not making a big deal out of it, just saying wasn't in the mood for them. My sub didnt get toasted very well nor was it cut in half like usual. Maybe you have to request that now idk. A 25 minute order turned into nearly double that. I get it is covid, you have got to have a proper crew to run the busy nights, 2 people is not enough when the kitchen gets slammed. I can understand getting busy and not getting an order done in time, but skipping and losing the order as well as no apology whatsoever is unacceptable. I frequent this store and I am an understanding person but this plain made me feel like my order and other things I got didnt matter to anyone there. Not good for ratings. Read moreI understand maybe occasionally looking down at my phone to check the time or to see if I have a message but literally standing at the register you should not allow an employee to stand there and ignore every single customer that walks in on his phone. We can all see the cell phone laying on top of the register. It's not like he's being Sleek about it. Normally when I go into this location at least the cashier will say hello and acknowledge that I even walked in but none of the employees did. There were three gentlemen in the store and not one of them said anything to anyone who walked in. At any place of business the first rule is normally at least greet the customer in some fashion. Even if it's just a quick hi. Perhaps you should rethink your current crew especially the one that was standing at the register with his cell phone on the register doing some kind of thing that made him completely ignore the customer until I literally set my stuff on the counter which he then simply said the total and didn't even look at me. After I was done with my transaction he immediately went back to his phone when there were two other customers behind me and he did the same thing he simply told them their total and that was it. Read moreI was in this morning around 8:30 to get gas in my fleet bus and I ended up having to go inside to get the receipt because the machine was making a funny noise. I also had $20 worth of powerball tickets to check. I waited my turn and asked for my gas receipt and laid my 2 powerball tickets on the counter and asked for those to be checked. She gave me my receipt then took my tickets turned around and supposedly checked them and told me neither one was a winner and asked me if she could throw them away. I of course said yes but realized it didn't make sense because I knew I had the powerball number 21 at least twice maybe 3 and also had 3 of the correct winning numbers. I sincerely feel like she lied to my face and I want the cameras checked to see if she stole them and my money. If she didn't and was actually telling the truth then I will apologize but if she did all hell will break loose! I know there been employees at different Casey's store that have stolen like that. It just better not have happened to me or else. I definitely won't take my tickets back again anyways. I never play but just did this time for fun and because my family could have used the money!
