YOLO Rolled Ice Cream Food Truck — Restaurant in Missouri

I was just driving around tonight, enjoying the natural beauty of Branson, when my subconscious steered me to a new ice cream stand I have not yet tried. Well, of course I had to stop and check out YOLO Rolled Ice Cream at the Branson Food Park - and I was very glad I did! At YOLO, they spread fresh ice cream mix on plates which are cooled to -20 degrees. They then roll out the ice cream with spatulas, scraping and shaping as the ice cream instantly freezes. This results in a dense, creamy ice cream with a great fresh taste. I picked out the "Strawberry Fields" flavor for myself, and enjoyed every bite.
