We visited this location twice while staying at the hotel across the street. On Friday night, the young lady with the snake bite piercings was very friendly, which made me want to return the next night. There was a brief five-minute wait before someone came to take our order, and on the first night, they politely said, “Ring the bell when you’re ready.” However, our experience on Saturday night around 10 PM was very different. The staff member with a ponytail and curly bun had the worst attitude I have ever experienced, was not welcoming, and borderline rude. While the ice cream was good, customer service is everything. When I kindly mentioned this to her shift leader, I overheard her say, “Someone is complaining about me, but I don’t really care,” which was extremely disappointing. I went there at around 2:00 PM today on a Saturday to get some ice cream. I really wanted to try them. My bf went to go in and the door was locked. I thought well maybe they are only taking drive through orders for some reason. We went to the drive through and they wouldn't even come take our order. My bf even yelled "are y'all open?" We thought maybe they didn't know someone was trying to order. We drove by the window and saw 2 people in there working. They simply refused to serve us and take our order. They saw us pass. I was shocked and cannot believe it. Like Wow! You are already stuck off where no one can hardly see you and get to you and you are refusing to serve customers. Let's see how long they last here in Mobile! I sure won't ever go back...
