I’ll start off by saying that this place is very new and maybe has some kinks to work out.
This was my first visit as it’s kinda in an awkward location to get to during busy times for traffic.
Menu is easy to read but I felt bad that there wasn’t a door or an easy access for the workers to come take an order (person with a POS tablet for orders) maybe some days, especially rainy you will order from the window? I don’t know… little confusing.
Employee didn’t know the menu well enough at all or maybe still new to working but my… said “I think the Conecuh Link and Cheddar Biscuit has egg”… it clearly does not since it’s not in the name like the “Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit” but just asked if egg could be added… it cannot… which is fine… just an addon miss, for the already kinda pricey food, but some business just don’t want to deal with that.
The Cheesy Conecuh Biscuit is just a regular biscuit with very few pieces chopped of Conecuh. (My mistake for thinking it was like a loaded/stuffed biscuit… also I’m just not crazy about a plain/slightly plain biscuit without jelly, syrup or some type of condiment to go with it)
For was prepared quickly enough and the window employee was very nice.
Overall I think this place has some real promise and hope to see it grow.
I most likely won’t get the Conecuh related biscuits again but I’m willing to try the other foods and maybe drinks next time too.
As for the 3 stars… is mostly to get attention to the post but is my personal opinion that can change on my possible next visit.
Thanks that affected my rating:

Read moreI stopped by here a few days ago, the experience I had was shy of okay. I order one of the drinks they had advertised on a sign outside of their building. It was a cotton candy alani nu turbo, the drink exploded in my car and got all over me and the interior of my car. So don’t order that unless you’re ready to experience a volcano inside of your car! I also ordered a conecuh biscuit, it was very underwhelming. Dry and not very good. The wait for my drink and food took about 15 minutes, but there wasn’t anyone else in line. There was an older guy at the window, he told me his name but I can’t remember. Maybe richard, but I honestly can’t remember anything besides the explosion of alani I had in my car. He greeted me when I pulled up and that’s about it because he shut the window while I sat there for nearly 15 minutes wondering where my order was. I would say if you want to go somewhere super mid, with below mid customer service go here, but if you want something good, go...
Read moreTerrible order taking design. Place was built from the ground up with no intercom or separate window to take orders. Instead they chose to have an employee come from inside to walk to your car with a tablet to take your order. I waited 2 mins at the menu for no one to come out, then after sitting in line for another 5 mins I'm told to pull back around to the menu just to have to wait another 2 mins for the employee to finally come out. Just a terrible design all around especially when it comes to efficiency. No sign or anything at the menu either to tell you to wait for an employee to take your order. I wont be back and its a shame because the coffee was good but the order taking process is a needless hassle that could easily have been avoided with an...
