Waited at the drive through during a time it is supposed to be open. I just wanted a water bottle and was willing to pay card or cash, anything to make it easier since I knew they would be closing soon (30 minutes later). First time I passed I sat at the drive through and no one responded, lights were on so people were obviously there. All the employees including manager on duty were hiding. I noticed because when I pulled away from the drive through, another car came after me and same thing, ignored. And when that car left all the employees magically appeared. I just wanted a water bottle after driving for 7 hours. When I pulled to the window again and saw all the employees, one of them rudely told me they were closed even though their hours were obviously listed. Why would I go to a closed restaurant? I asked if I could just have a water bottle and I would pay card or cash and she didn’t even bother opening the window, rolled her eyes at me and just kept repeating that they’re closed while laughing with the other employees. One thing is being incompetent, but being a bully while at it is whole other level. I’ve never written a bad review about anything but this was the closest open restaurant to me and i was in the middle of an allergic reaction and just needed water to take something. I literally begged her and she just laughed. List proper hours of closing if your staff is going to be incompetent and rude to someone asking for a simple water bottle....

Her attitude is red I attempted to order a meal she kept being so rude I mean she was rude from the time her mouth opened we didn't even want to go back and forth with her so we pulled to the window she told us she did not enter ANYTHING we ordered because we pulled up basically and then told us bye ! She waved her hand off to us and slammed the drive thru window!!!! she refused us service!! There use to be a time customers were valued. It may be time for another undercover boss at that location safe to say I will not ever go back to that location. She should be fired for the way she treated us today we are sooooooooo thirsty . We shouldn't have had to experience her . Nobody should. Fire her checkers!!! Read moreFirst of all a manager supposed to be in the person that was taken my order she was on the phone and she took the order she missed my food up I got the wrong food food food was cold she was very rude she told me to talk to district she didn't care about my food to talk to district if I had a problem that she wouldn't give me any condiments another bag we had over $30 worth of food she tried to pile all the stuff in in one bag for hot dogs which we were going separate places we spent over $30 and expected better service even management was rude it was poor service unprofessionalism I will never go back there again and I don't recommend any family members to go to the checkers on dauphin Street I had a horrible experience and I definitely won't be going back she had an attitude like she can talk to customers any kind of way very rude with people working like that no wonder checkers has a bad name on...
