Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Mobile

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE WANTING A REAL CHIK-FIL-A EXPERIENCE. This is probably the worst location I’ve ever seen. I placed an order ahead of time, paid for it, came through the drive thru, and when I got to the window, everybody was acting confused. I had clearly paid for my order which I showed them. I was told I’d have to get back in line again to talk to somebody? Makes absolutely no sense but okay. They asked me to pull up and they would get a manager. She wasn’t helpful either. Other than making me pay for my order again. Waiting again. And she was supposed to bring it out to me. She’s still not out here. I’ve been here for almost 30 minutes trying to get a 5 piece kids meal for my daughter. In the meantime, they cancelled my original order. The order used my CashApp boost so it cost more to place the order again. And now my daughter probably won’t even get to eat the food by the time I get there to pick her because she will be changing in the car on the way dance class. It seems like every time I come to this particular location it’s chaotic, I don’t get my entire order, the wait time is ridiculous, etc. At this point, I don’t have plans on returning to this location ever again. Staff and management is not helpful or friendly at all. (It’s now been 15 minutes since I placed my second order and still no food). And now my daughter is definitely going to be late for dance. Update: after 45 minutes I finally got 5 nuggets and some Mac n cheese. I didn’t notice until after I left they didn’t put my daughters sauce in the bag but at least that...

This place used to be the standard of a fast food restaurant. But now they have gone to absolute S—. The food is always cold and soggy most of the time. And it takes a while a retrieve the food. Not only that, a few months ago I ordered a large order of Chickin Minis for Bible study. I ordered them on the app 3 days in advance. The app said they would ready Friday morning at 7:10. I get there at 7:10. They were not ready. They were not ready until 7:30. Bible study started at 7:20. Just absolutely ridiculous. And everyone else was ordering their food ahead of times 3 minutes early and got their food at an appropriate time. The service has gotten completely bad. Some of the employees have been downright rude. The employees sit alone at like 6 booths and they yell across the dining room like 5 year olds. (while they are on their breaks) This makes for an unpleasant dining experience. That’s why I’m done dining at Chicfila. The service is slow, rude, and obnoxious. The food is soggy, cold, and mediocre. The atmosphere is a bunch of 16-20 year olds yelling obnoxiously. The employees have gotten lazy. Don’t get me wrong there are some kind, respectful, and hard workers at Chick-fil-A. But this place is not what it used to be. When I am in Mobile and want Chicfila, I will be going to the one on Airport or Schillinger before I even think about going to this one. I will try again in about 6 months and hopefully I will have a better update. Because this is just sad what this place...

I was one of the friends in the vehicle of the most recent comment. We seriously had a good experience up until the point of actually getting to the drive-thru window. The girl who took our order in the line outside was amazing, then the girl at the drive-thru was pleasant too. We simply asked for a bowl and before the drive-thru worker could even respond another girl, whom we're assuming was in a managerial position, responded in a very rude tone, "Um, I can't give you a bowl!" Her tone was so abrasive we didn't even know how to respond. To be frank, I thought Chick-fil-A was Christian based and everyone was nice because it's always 'their pleasure' to help you. I go to Chick-fil-A pretty frequently but that one rude comment ruined this location for me. Honestly, I would've paid for the bowl had she even given us a chance to speak. So, sorry for asking for something. If you were a little nicer about it, I may not be so bitter about that location now. Through God all things are possible, so I feel like it was pretty possible for you to be give us a bowl I was willing to pay for or be a little nicer about not...
