I will be surprised if this restaurant survives six month in business. Here are the points that they need to take if they are to make it: Owner, manager and staff more interested in social media. Food was served in the flimsy white paper plates while paying top dollars for the serving The serving tray left at the table and never picked up as well as the menus. The yuca & plantains (patacones) are those frozen not done fresh. What they claim to be wasacaca is nothing more than mayonnaise with maybe some guacamole. The mix parrillada is all cut up we where expecting for 18.99 to have the meats served individually and hot, most restaurant bring a parrillada in a small hibachi grill. My radar antena when up when the server did not ask how you like your meat cooked, the food was cold when it came to our table. You never serve a parrillada with the meats cut in small pieces you like to see what you get for your money. People do not mind paying more as long as it is an authentic parrillada My impression is that the place is way overpriced for the quality of food & service. If they expect to remain in business they need to make serious changes, you can tell they have no idea about the...
Read moreI’ve been to the Tigers Bar and Grill a few times. Each time I’ve been there I’ve had some pretty good food. On a whim I decided to try this place again and get something I’ve never had. This time I ordered the parrilla mixta. As per usual, I did a takeout order. The service is always quick and when I arrived my food was ready to go. When I got in the car the aroma of the food was tempting me to pullover and eat my food on the side of the road. I didn’t do that. When I got home, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the food. The parrilla mixta is bunch of meat (steak, chicken, chorizo and pork) with coleslaw, plaintain toston, fried yucca, fried arepita, and llanero cheese. I’ll admit it is a weird combination of food that I’m not used to but it works. I ate every bit of food on my plate. That’s a big deal. There was so much. The best part? The meat you guessed it. The smoked flavor from the grill was so good. I was in awe of how...
Read moreThe place is clean, friendly and service oriented. We've been meaning to try it and oh how I wish we had sooner. Get ready to be blow away.
We had the Cachapas, Cochino Frito - it was ridiculously good and enough food to survive for 2 to 3 days without caloric restrictions.
Pay attention Preppers!
Parrilla Mixta - same as above and the yuka and plantains were amazing as well.
Pepito's, Lomito - almost the same as above except steak only (their marinating is 2nd to none) and it should keep you fed for a week!
Aripa The Tigers "La Cabinets" - delicious as with everything else. This is huge so don't expect to fold and eat. Back to 3 days of food with this one.
They also have a delicious selection of juices!
This is now one of our favorite...
