My wife and I ordered around 11:30 Tuesday night and had the worst experience we’ve ever had at with any food service industry we’ve encountered . We waited ordered the light the drive through . It was us and in either person . They were waiting at the drive thorough menu when we pulled in so not sure how long they’d been waiting but did wait 5 min waiting before anyone asked them what they wanted And seemed irritated while waiting . We however, waited over 10 min before someone started taking our order. The person that was in front of us had been gone for at least 5 min before we ordered . The entire time the lady taking our order was yelling ( actually yelling) at us, asking if we were done ordering yet , and it’s not like we had a big order. When We ordered one meal and 2 extra sandwiches, after we were done she told us to wait a minute . 10 min later she came over the intercom and yelled at us again asking why we haven’t pulled around yet , when she told us to wait . After she gave us our food she walked away , we had to back up , to pull back by the window and asked for Mayo . She gave us two packets for 7 sandwiches then slammed the door in my face . Asked for no onions and when we got home there were extra onions and it almost tasted like nothing but onions and is was very soggy and falling apart. Read moreI went through the drive-thru this afternoon. The guy that took my order was very unfriendly. He looked irritated to see me. I specifically said no onions on my 3 cheese and bacon combo. There weren't anyone in the entire store or drive-thru, so I didn't understand being asked to pull up.They added onions anyway. Re-ordered meal. Replacement combo burgers were cool, bacon was half-done very little and half-done (crumbs). I told mgr. that my burgers weren't to my satisfaction. I asked for a refund. She flat out said 'No'! She said that should could replace, but was not refunding. After my meal being unsatisfactory twice. I weren't any longer interested in the meal. I just wanted a refund. $11+ is a lot of money(nowadays)for terrible cust service, little food, poorly cooked food etc. To add insult to injury, she encouraged me to call corporate as she wasn't resolving issue. Concerning as she seemed very unconcerned with getting reprimanded. Save your money ppl and go where you're valued, get your monies worth, with far better friendlier service. No wonder they have no customers. They don't have to worry about me returning, but I do want my money back!...
Read moreFood wasn't salted, Krystal burgers nor fries. That's not a big deal though. The reason for only 2 stars was the employee who was cleaning the bathroom. He had gloves on, which I commend, the issue is that we watch him come out of the bathroom, pick up an order for a drive through customer, deliver the order to the customers car and then go back to cleaning the bathroom, without taking off his gloves! That was the point at which we lost our appetite. The same employee then, when he finished in the bathroom, came out with the same gloves on and started wiping down tables and chairs. Now don't get me wrong, the guy is obviously a very hard worker and possibly the one who was working the hardest out of all the employees there at the time. He just should be more aware of cleanliness and sanitary issues. Other than that our visit was wonderful. The employees were all friendly and respectful as well as mindful that we had what we needed. They even offered to bring our meal out to the table for us and made certain to thank us for our patronage. Again the sole issue was the one employees lack of mindfulness of issues...
