Subway — Restaurant in Mobile

My family was on our way to the park and I decided to add subway to complete our meal. Using three coupons and three payment methods everyone was ready to order. Due to Ms April's repeated attempts to take everyone's order (without fixing any sub that was ordered) attitude and all we ignored it and I advised her to make them all the same way. Cold cut trio on herbs & cheese bread..simple right? No! No! No! She was so upset that customers dared to want to eat a sub sandwich today and wanted to piss off a customer. We endured Rolling eyes, huffing, puffing the nastiest attitude but after the 4th or 5th time asking me what type of bread did i want and me repeatedly telling her. Her coworker said all of them are the same. She brushed her off and yelled it again I looked her in the eye and said all of them are the same.."Herd and cheese" And she rolled them eyes at me for the last time! I let her know that her attitude was trash and that she was not going to mistreat me in front of my kids and I wasn't going to eat here. She advised me that she was the manager of that store (she lied) and that there was 1 coupon per guest and I said that that was fine and you should have said that in the beginning! That they have their own pymts and 1 coupon for 3 subs @ $19.99 & 2 coupons for the 2 subs @ $12.99. The only saving grace was the other slender lady (who needs a raise)told Ms.April to go in the back and she would fix our sandwiches, pleading for us to come back, I did turn back around for her because she was the only one that listened. Ms.April got even more ghetto if that's possible started cursing and yelling!! Lord!!! I walked OUT!!! THEY CAME OUTSIDE BEHIND ME TO APOLOGIZE Ms.April's son and poor tink tink. I am Never paying someone to be disrespectful to me and my 17yr old daughter, my 16yr old twins and my grandsons age's 13 and 7 also their friend that's 15. I felt bad for that other lady due to she fixed 6 subs with meat and cheese only thing left were the toppings, I'm pretty sure that that part was Ms.April's job but nope! We were the only ones there. The parking lot was empty.

The only reason I put 2 stars for the food is because it's semi eatable how hard is it to ask what people want and then put what they say on a sandwich the younger black girl put jalapeños on my sandwich when I asked for pickles the pulled them off and picked up a hand full of the nastiest pickles they had covered in several different sauces and tried to put that handful on my sandwich I stopped her thank god needless to say we suffer through the rest of the sandwich and then she stabs my sandwich three times and says she cut it I said can you cut it and she says ya I'm left handed that's how I cut it I said no you didn't so she stabbed it three more times and said ya it's cut ... needless to say I ripped my sandwich in half when I...

I have not had any real issues with this Subway before now, but my most recent visit had the bread of my sandwich undercooked. Thankfully it was only a small portion that was not fully cooked, so it could have been worse. For past good service, I am giving 3 stars, but if this had been my first time eating here it would have been a one-star review. Reading other reviews reveals this is not a stand-alone case. Please be sure to cook your bread fully. PS is there any eggs used...
