According to the previous review, they have already established that there's a problem with microphones and speakers when ordering, so to disrespect a customer for speaking louder, after being over talked by the employee, while giving my order, three times, is very unprofessional. I also found spit and trash in my grandmother's smoothie. If you can't hear, have management fix your equipment. Don't get an attitude and mistreat the customers. I didn't get into any appreciation with these people, I just observed their behavior. I've never been to an establishment that treated people so nasty with so much confidence. These people should not be trusted with the responsibility of serving people food. The dark, fat girl with the acne ridden nose, greasy face, and dirty braids was very loud and her appearance looked nasty. Her language, once she closed the window was very foul. The dirty boy/girl with the dreads should not be allowed to serve customers, her demeanor is atrocious and very aggressive. There seemed to be a gaggle of individuals in the back of the establishment, hanging out with another employee. Only one seemed to be concerned with her job, was what looked like an older, slender woman, with her hair fully covered, not the one with long braids. Read moreDaughter and I have been going to this location since she had four wisdom teeth pulled and this is the only thing she was able to eat out of a spoon without pain. We pulled up to Smoothie King last night about 9:20-9:25 and the menu lights were out. I pulled up to speaker so I could order her smoothie as it was not 10pm yet. I was told that they were closed because they did not have any workers, but I could clearly see two employees in there through the window, one looked right at us as we drove up. So there was someone who could have made my order, but choose not to. I’ve been there several times before when there has been only two people working, and got service. The two girls there last night choose to close early when the sign clearly states they are open until 10pm. I will start going to another location because that was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I work in customer service and value my customers. Not a great look for you Smoothie King. Read moreI am so done with going to this Smoothie King. Every time my husband and I visit Dauphin Street, the Smoothie is either perfect or watered down. When they rush, it is watered down, but when we have waited a few minutes, they are perfect. This trip My husband got a large pineapple Surf & I got a small blue berry, strawberry Actovator with some additives. The Large was perfect. The small tasted like melted water with a fruit residue. It wasn't even cold. Plus, we only went to dauphin Street after leaving Airport Smoothie King because they were out of almond butter & peanut butter. I perfect to go to Airport at the Loop. Plus, tell me why the young lady at the drive-through when my husband was handing her cash and was telling her that he had change and went to reach for the change, because she didn't give us the total until we got to the drive through window. She didn't listen tendered it while he was holding his hand out with the change and tried to hand him change. He wanted to give her the chance to get a full dollar amount back.
