Starbucks — Restaurant in Mobile

Great service and the place was clean however…. They offered one unisex restroom. I have no problem with unisex restrooms that have multiple stalls. Been there, done that. But to offer ONE person restroom and call it unisex to avoid having multiple restrooms or even multiple stalls is crappie at best. Couldn’t resist the potty pun. I had to wait a long time for two people to do their biz just so that I could relieve myself. $5 for a coffee but can’t offer but 1 unisex 1 person restroom is embarrassing. I’ve always had great experiences here, except this morning. When I got to the window, the guy asked if I had a mobile order which I replied yes. He asked if I remembered my order and in that moment my mind blanked. I apologized and joked about not remembering and within 7 seconds, if that, I remembered. He then proceeded to hand me my drink and say “it seems like all of the cars have lost their brains this morning”. I am not a person who gives a crap about most interactions and I’m very understanding of people having a bad day/shift, but there was no reason to be so rude before it’s even 8 am. I love this Starbucks but it's hit or miss with getting your drink made correctly. It was not like that when they first opened, everything was always great. Someone in this store makes amazing coffee drinks and someone else maybe needs to be retrained.😬 I hate saying that but it's not like Starbucks is the cheapest place around so 6 or 7 bucks for a drink, for it to be made where it is not drinkable is kinda ya know uncool.
